This salon is cute and welcoming. The stylists are knowledgeable, Sierra did impressive work on my hair color. I showed her pictures and she walked me through the steps and prices ahead of time which I appreciated. She knew the right tones for my skin and eye color. Looking forward to coming back here!

I have been coming to Ritual since they opened and been seeing Amy for almost 10 years! The salon itself is so beautiful and well thought out. Every stylist there is professional and a master at their craft. I would feel comfortable seeing anybody there for a haircut or color because the salon keeps up on education and amazing people. Amy herself is so amazing and is knowledgable on color and what will look best/ be best for each person's hair. She sometimes helps me realize what I want when I can't put it into words! I live out of state but desperately needed my hair cut and colored so I read the reviews and took a chance. I'm sooo glad I did! Amanda was awesome and my hair has never looked or felt so good in my life. I've been loyal to my hairdresser back home but not anymore. I already booked an appointment for January and decided after my assignment is over I'll just have to fly back to Rochester for my appointment, that's how good she was. And all the staff were very welcoming. The shop is beautiful! Oh, and she was less expensive than my hairdresser in kentucky!

I love coming to Ritual to get my hair done by Abbi. I followed her from her previous salon and I'm glad I did! She's so professional and friendly and always does an amazing job with my curly hair. I get dyed every two months and the magic she creates with the colors we pick is stunning. The salon itself is also fantastic and incredibly relaxing. It's so nice to sit with a cup of tea or water while I wait for my hair to process. A great salon over all!

Laura is amazing! I fully trust her to cut my curly hair. She has never let me down. I have received so many compliments from other people on my volor and highlights. My children are clients of Ritual Salon. They love the great hair cuts they receive from Kim. I love that she will take the time to listen to how they want their hair cut and give them full service treatment and finish with some cool braids or a blowout.My girls have even had hair extensions put in by Abbi (for a special event). They were done very professionally and lasted a very long time. We will return to Ritual because we always receive wonderful service!Services: Hair extensions

Kim has been styling, coloring and highlighting my hair for years. The owner Nicole also did a fabulous job giving me a keratin treatment. I moved to Rochester 8 years ago and tried out many different salons, but was never happy with my results. I am so glad I gave ritual a try when they first opened. I love the style, warmth and fun products they carry. If your looking for a salon that gives you a great style In a really friendly environment try Ritual. You won't be disappointed.

I just had my first appointment at Ritual and it was amazing to say the least. The salon itself is a work of art and an incredibly relaxing environment to be in, the vibe of all the stylists was positive and welcoming. Laura took great care of me and gave me the confidence boost I needed. She was super sweet, kind and helpful. My hair feels so much better! Pino the pup also made the trip so much more fun! I have visited Ritual Salon twice - once for a hair color and cut, and once to have my hair styled for my wedding. Both times, I was greeted like an old friend - welcomed, made to feel at home, and really carefully listened to. There was collaboration, which is so important at a salon, and it resulted in both great color and a fantastic styling job. Not only that, but I truly enjoyed talking to both Kim and Amy. They are absolute joys to meet, but better yet - they're really, really great at their jobs.
