Yoooo rainbow has the most ratchetes workers bro. The manager on Chili Ave in rochester ny she has an ugly bowl cut she is rude af!Her workers are just as ghetto(look at the leader)Rainbow on Lyell Ave in the plaza it should be called Spanish rainbow, they are dusty the Spanish chick was eating her food up front by the door, she had socks on and a rubber band on her pants cuz they would not zip up (can't never call blks ghetto) and one Spanish person hires all Spanish people, all u hear when u walk up to the register is them speaking their language (right up in your face like the Asains do when u go into their nail salons) mad ratchet and uneducated to me,DM Naomi she don't enforce nothing she started hiring them cuz she's married to a Spanish guy.The return policy is HORRIBLE, jews must own rainbow.From corporate to the workers they treat their customers like SH*T (all capital letters) the rules are diffrent for each store!I hate with a passion going in their stores, and sadly their NOT trying to do better!They like the police force, ghetto ratchet, mean, rude, inconsiderate (ALL OF THEM) from the top (higher ups) to the bottom (low class) aka rubber band sock wearing folks!Ps stop speaking Spanish around non Spanish speaking folks, it's mad rude, just in case yall mothers didn't tell yall!Just HOOD AND GHETTO fa real! No class and no work etiquette!

I have never have been a fan of Rainbow Stores thier clothes are geared to young girls living in the fast lane and for years I forbade my daughters to shop here also. I decided to look online for some cheap shoes and bought them ofcourse they didn't fit. Fast forward two months I finally got around to returning them. I had my online order but because the shoe upc was missing I had to call thier customer service number.Thankfully the lady that answered was able to email me my receipt and I was able to continue with my return. The young lady working Nay was pleasant accommodating and patient. As I was about the leave the store again dissatisfied with thier clothing options Doreen came up to me and showed me a small selection of nice age appropriate clothing I left satisfied with two flannel shirts. Although I highly doubt I'll ever return to a Rainbow Store these two exemplary workers have indeed made me less likely to roll my eyes at Rainbow when I drive by. I hope that a member of corporate will read this review and acknowledge that they both went above and beyond thier job to make sure I left with a smile. Thank you both Neishka/Nay and Doreen

THE FEMALES WERE RUDE,,, I WAS SITTING ON THE SHOE BENCH AND MY FRIEND ASKED ME WHAT I WAS DOING I SAID SITTING ON THIS BENCH HOPING IT DOES NOR BREAK,,, I OVERHEAD ONE OF THE WORKERS SMARTLY SAY _IT BETTER NOT BREAK! UMMMM IM NOT 200 0OUNDS AND SHE WAS RUDE! TO TOP IT OFF MY FRIEND HAD A PILE OF CLOTHES TO PURCHASE ON THE COUNTER AND THE KEPT RIGHT ON TALKING LIKE SHE WASN'T THERE! SO WE LEFT EVERYTHING ON THE COUNTER AND LEFT! JUSR UNPROFESSIONAL! WE DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM TO BATAVIA TO LEAVE WITH NOTHING!

In this store there is one line for cash and one line for debit/credit. So if you are paying with cash they will have you waiting for 20 minutes or longer.
