Free repairs, volunteers are kind. Almost nothing they can’t fix. They’ve been doing this for years so I trust them wholeheartedly with my bikes. Service is quick in cold weather.I will always be proud to rep a charity, let alone one that helps people with an integral part of Rochester.

Took two bikes to them. The first broke a week after I brought it in and because of their repairs I can't even take it apart to fix. The second bike they ripped apart then said they wouldn't do anything to fix my high end bike and wanted it for parts. Very much not worth the effort of getting in their very early hours. Do it yourself or pay for repair your better off

Great service! I am no expert in bikes, but they helped me adjust the front and rear gear shifters and also adjusted my breaks. Very much appreciated!

Great place, Great service I recommend this place! If you need a new bike and don’t have more than 5$ this is the place for you. all you need is an iD and a bike lock if you don’t have a bike lock they will provide one for the low cost of 5$ and they let you choose the bike you want !

I use my bike for work and to get around so a big shout out to all the guys that volunteer to help ones without cars such a great blessing my gear changer broke and they fixed it for me for free man so awesome great people for that thank you for your services

I had issues at first due to my repairs were needed for an electric bike but they worked with me since I was in a crisis for transportation, in the future I will remember they don't work on certain repairs for electric bikes but I'm greatful that they helped me out

To a recent question I answered about R community.. yeah I believe it's Wednesdays and Saturdays that they do donations- giveaway's on the bikes but you have to call Monday through (on the weekdays) Friday from 9:15a to 12pm 'ish. Also for more info. it's on their website too; the phone number is on there. Probably have to make an appointment for that. Thanks

I'm a volunteer mechanic here. We have a very good selection of used bicycles. Before sale, we go through them from wheel to wheel and pedal to seat to make sure the bike is roadworthy.

Absolutely amazing. Aaron in particular went out of his way to make sure that both my bike and my daughter’s were in great shape, and safe to ride. I didn’t realize that all bikes needed bells to be road safe and he added one to both ours and then gave me a third for my daughter’s at her grandparents house. He even changed the handlebars on my bike so they were taller to keep my from hurting since I have a back injury. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them and they do for our community. Anyone looking for a new bike or repairs should definitely support them.

this place has a fantastic mission and a staff of volunteers. I highly recommend purchasing or making bike repairs here. I just purchased a new road bike and they were informative, honest, and made sure I was comfortable with all pieces and info before leaving. They even gave me a bike rack for storage while riding and a presta valve adapter. Great humans and I'm always happy to support R Community.
