We chose them deliberately for the sake of using a local business as opposed to big box chains, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Brad took our files despite being quite busy already, and in an astonishingly short amount of time had everything we needed and more, complete. And at far higher quality than we'd requested for budget's sake. Wonderfully amiable, wholly professional, and completely exceeding our expectations, one has no reason to ever go anywhere else. And we got a fantastic kayaking recommendation out of it, too.”

“I just dropped off my package there for shipment, and I was given good customer service! The person I worked with was no stranger to hospitality. I asked for a paper and pen as I didn't have the shipment address written down on a paper. He didn't acquiesce like some people at the busy shipping locations would.The interior was inviting, and the scent in the air was from an incense. Don't let the store front fools you, and parking is plentiful. I came here as it's the nearest shipping facility, and I'd definitely come back again for the convenience and to support this local business. Every time I go to a FedEx store, there's always a long line or the employee's not at the register, still dealing with the printing stuff or other packages.”

“The employees who work at this location are so kind, helpful, and patient. They are lovely every time I drop off labeled packages or have a return. The new (younger male) worker is not as friendly and knowledgeable yet, but I assume that is due to being new!
Personally, I recommend purchasing labels at home, or through a selling platform. The workers have no say- the prices will be higher in store than with e-commerce discounts. To be fair to negative reviewers, the prices in person can be quite high! The workers cannot adjust or change the shipping prices, and they have wonderful customer service.”
“My husband thought he needed a monitor cable because our monitor was not working. Staples Penfield NY was out of stock of the cable. The sales associate offered to check the monitor in the store. It turned out it wasn’t the cable. Sales associate said it may be the video card. Since our computer is old we are now thinking of purchasing a new computer and will be buying it from this Staples because of the helpful sales associate.”
“It was a great service. The woman there was reasonably fine, but the guy receiving packages aroind 4:00 PM was exceptionally kind and helpful.
Update (July, 2024): They have a awful communication among their organization.
Their Call Center told me that they were certain that at this location they could help me to copy some documents before sending them, and that the only location didn't have a way to assist with that were the ones inside another business.
So, I the first time I went just to waste my time. I had to go elsewhere for the copies, and come back later.”
