There are a number of different providers for mail service; however, this Prestige office in Rochester is superior! It is very well run! The responses are punctual, polite and helpful! I really appreciate how they handle my mail and address any problems I have. Thank you!

I have had multiple problems with trying to track down packages through different shipping carriers, and Prestige Ship Center has been there(specifically Bobbi)every time to help me out. They either find answers or straight up solve my problems. I rely on them for ANY kind of shipping mishap, and they(she)has not hesitated one bit on trying to help me out. Thanks to them, I don't have to be bombarded with accents and protocol that just leave me confused or angry, or even with no results. I hope your experience with them leave you with the same outcome.

I have used some shipping services in the NY area before but never have I received the amount of attention and customer service as what the guys at Prestige have provided. Our conversations are always as if we have known each other for years and they are always going above and beyond for me. Seeing as I am a cross boarder customer it give me peace of mind that somebody seems to actually care about my shipments.I'm happy I found them as they also have a facility that can cater to some of shipping/receiving needs that others cannot.Thanks for everything guys, keep up the good work!
