“I absolutely love this post office! I recently moved to another area 15 minutes away, and after going to this other post office, I will gladly wait in this line to deal with Jim or Jay or Alan, or annnyyy other employee at this location! They have such sunny, fun personalities that truly change the atmosphere. If you walk in here having a bad day, it will surely turn around. Not to mention, other places will deny you if you don't have things packaged up, labeled, or taped properly. These people will actually help you get it situated without making you feel like an idiot. I ❤️ you people!

“Will provided the best customer service and help I've witnessed ever. He was very quick and efficient the entire process. He offered me a cardboard package instead of paper that I selected making it better reinforced. He explained shipping dates, rates and confirmed all of the information. He was polite with all the customers and had a very friendly attitude with his coworkers also. Will offered me stamps and passport help also which I didn't know the USPS offered. This guy deserves a huge pat on the back. He should be a corporate trainer for customer service. Amazing. I don't use USPS often but will gladly go back to this location since he made me feel very comfortable and understanding. Thank you Will. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face.”
“When I first looked up the post office close to me on Google, I got a little nervous that the one on Lake avenue was going to be as rough as your reviews. But whatever. Dealt with worse, so I went anyways. Ready to deal with Jason and his terrible customer service, but I was pleasantly surprised by meeting Patrice who is very helpful and enthusiastic.”
