I cannot begin to say how bad PODS was with customer service, quotes, never recv'd call backs when they say they would, quotes changed after signing contract and paying, customer service was hardly speaking english, they broke a ton of stuff in the pod, over-all, never would I recommend them.

I had a great ordeal moving from FL to NY, timely drop off, pickup, redelivery, pickup. Cost was competitive. No damage to any of my contents. Moved 3 bedroom apartment in the largest container and had space left over.

I had wonderful experience using POD Moving Storage for my recent move from MD to NY. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The quote process was quick and easy to understand, the delivery and pick up on both ends were timely and communication throughout the process was excellent. I would definitely recommend using PODS services for your move.

Worst company to try to work with. Their operation is confusing and Untrust worthy. If you say anything to disagree with them they have an attitude on the phone and won’t work with you in any situation even if they are the ones who messed up! Never use this company!
