Decent selection of a lot of products for all types of pets at reasonable prices . Relatively well organized and quick check outs . It is a chain so no new or interesting or hard to find items for your pet - predictable but boring .

I use the bandfield Pet Hospital through petsmart in Henrietta, and the staff is fantastic and always does a great job with my dogs. The store is always very clean and well stocked.

I was looking around the store for something specific that said it was there. I had to ask a staff member and she said it was locked up because of a theft issue. She was super helpful but there should have been a sign on the shelf to say that.
