The Petco Vaccination Clinic provides convenient and reasonably priced veterinary services. Staff members are frequently described as sweet, nice, and caring, with specific praise for knowledgeable and helpful customer service in other departments. Appointments are easy to book. However, some customers report inconsistencies in communication and attention to detail. There are instances where medical concerns, such as notes about dental issues, were not discussed directly with the pet owner. More seriously, there have been errors in administered vaccines, requiring customers to return for corrections after their concerns were initially dismissed. This has caused significant inconvenience. While many are satisfied and recommend the clinic for its value and generally caring staff, customers advise being vigilant, speaking up about any concerns, and double-checking services before leaving to ensure accuracy.
All the staff were super sweet and took really nice care of my dog. Prices were extremely reasonable too, would recommend!

Hannah in the fish department is awesome, always informative and helpful. Great customer service and you can tell she really cares for the fish, she's always taking good care of them when I go in there.
