Went to get my bridal nails done, he said he would be right with me. After waiting over a half hour I asked how long the wait will be, and he states 2 hours. That would’ve been nice to know when I first walked in, instead of him saying he would be right with me.

I called on 6/27 at 4:35 pm asked if I needed an appointment the lady told me walk in at 10 am the next morning, I asked a second time should I set up an appointment told no just walk in at 10 am. Trust me if I knew appointment was needed after she saying I did not need one I would not have wasted my time to just walk in and drive 20 minutes each way to thier location to be turned away at the time I was told to walk in. so I drove from Greece walked in at 9:50 clients were already in the business . The manger kept repeating himself making it very clear , In front of customers you need an appointment. I finally said you have made it very clear I need an appointment and I’m trying to explain to you I called yesterday to get an appointment.He asked if I called correct number I showed him ,It was explained to him the time I called and number I called to make the appointment but was told I did not need an appointment he confirmed number was correct. He then asked the girls that worked for him by out loudly they were all at work stations did someone take this call. They were put on the spot and denied it in front of everyone there. He should have not put a potential customer In that position or the girls that worked for him. They were put on the spot in front of everyone. He said I’m not saying I don’t believe you. He could have apologized and let me know they did not expect to be that busy which would have been acceptable . If they won’t give you an appointment move on . He did offer for me to come back at noon after they way everything went I explained I would go somewhere else but thank you.

I was so excited to give this place a shot since it seems like a lot of places don't offer detailed nail art in the area. I left a bit disappointed because I was told at the beginning that my design was doable, but half way through applying the polish that it was not. I would've picked a whole different set if I was told that from the start, because the design is for a specific event I'm attending next weekend. I'm not very confrontational and didn't say anything since they were basically half done and didn't want to be difficult...but the lavendar I chose from the samples ended up bubblegum pink, and the 3D designs I asked to be painted on was still applied. I chose this salon because of the artistry that is advertised, but I didn't expect a purple blob with a smiley face to be too hard to do with all of the detailed work shown that's more complex than that.
Other than the minor cut on my pinky, the staff was still very nice and I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointment. I just wish the communication was direct from the beginning so I could've gotten a different set. They're still cute and well done, but really not what I asked for and has nothing to do with the event I initially got them for.

I had good experiences with this place until my last visit. I went in for a mani and pedi before my beach vacation. The lady with glasses started my pedicure and ended up making my big toe bleed while aggressively removing the skin at the corner of the nail. She didn’t try to stop the bleeding or clean the wound. Instead, she was very impolite, looked at me as if nothing had happened, and tried to continue the job.
Fortunately, Kevin (who seemed to be the owner) walked by, and I was able to show him my toe. He immediately recognized that I was in pain and did his best to stop the bleeding, as it had become quite swollen. He took over and completed the rest of the service himself. He was very kind, and I decided to continue with the manicure.
But, my nails chipped after just two days. I would only go back there if Kevin or Kelly does my nails next time.

I came in for a fill/cut down. You honestly can’t even tell these were longer because of the attention to detail. I also found the inspiration on Pinterest and she was able to do it exactly. Lena never disappoints when it comes to this nail game!
