I received a call from Tom Reynolds inquiring about any interest I may have in trading in my current Trax for a new updated model. I declined the offer. He was understanding, not "pushy" and offered his assistance in the future should I/we ever need it. Hearing the honesty and respect in his voice I decided to proceed and inform Tom that my husband may be interested and had been looking at the Chevy Colorado with the Crew cab but I wasn't certain if he was ready to purchase at this time. Again, Tom offered his services, without being "pushy", whenever he was ready. I discussed it with my husband. We gave little notice that we were on our way to the dealership and yet Tom still was honest, respectful and helpful; treating us as if we were his only clients in the dealership. We started the buying process looking at one truck but over the weekend we found another which peaked our interest even more. Tom went out of his way to get us that truck to take a look at and had another waiting just in case we needed more options. Tom Reynolds is a great salesperson who treated us with respect and not just another sale. It took less than a week from that phone call from Tom to having a new truck in our driveway. Thank you Tom and West Herr of Rochester.

Mike Tyson, a legend in his own right. This salesman created the most no-nonsense transaction I’ve ever experienced in car buying… and I’ve bought a lot of them.
The vehicle i purchased was in transit and the minute it came off the truck, he sent photos letting me know it was in. I didn’t have to ask for anything, he just anticipated and delivered in every step of the buying process.
At delivery, there was a small price discrepancy (approx. $80) and when it was brought to his attention, he addressed it immediately and honored the deal to the penny, that we had made. I would highly recommend Michael Tyson to anyone looking to purchase a new Chevy! Thank you again!

Go see Lenard for the easiest car buying process ever! I called about a car in Buffalo, they brought it to Rochester same day, gave me a fair deal on the car and trade in, had better financing than what I walked in the door with. My wife and I walked away happy, Lenard cuts to the Chase for the best deal you can get without the back and forth. I was treated like I was buying a new Ferrari instead of a new to me car. I highly recommend Lenard and West Herr. There were opportunities for improvement with the finance manager and a hidden fee, but they made it right.

Worked with Mike Tyson on my silverado trade (2021 to 2024). My experience was better than I expected and could have hoped for. He didn’t just give me a truck, he also gave me a kind heart, was accommodating to my recently diagnosed medical condition, he was caring, compassionate, understanding and patient.
He also took the time to show me where everything was in the truck and ensured to explain what was upgraded from my prior model.
I couldn't be happier with my truck or the person that made it possible for me to have it. We need more Mike Tyson’s in this world.

I was just here. Looking for a nice, big boy truck.
I was so excited to look at cars and test drive a huge truck. But, Came to my surprise that, No one came outside and asked me if i needed anything. If they came out, like a good car dealership, they could have got my money. But they never came out to help me. This is bad customer service. I don't recommend coming here ever again if you don't want these people to not come and asked you if you needed help.
