Literally the best internet service I’ve ever had. A company that truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to please their customers. Not to mention, their price is half of what I was paying with spectrum and spectrum lost service or buffered all the time. Couldn’t be happier with this new company!

Nysys is such a great company! Paying much less than I was with spectrum with much better service! They are a hidden gem that I wish I found out about earlier! Definitely recommend using them !!!

Terrible internet for a terrible price. Was told it would be able to handle the workload that we use and first day couldnt keep up. Actually got into an argument with the owner and he hung up on me, had to talk to his son to continue. Unfortunately in my area there is not another service other then frontier so we didnt have much of an option until t-mobile came around. they lock you into contract as well and will not work with you to end it early. Run from them, go with t-mobile for $50 a month and 20x the speed or basically anywhere else.

So glad I cut the cord. Installation was quick and easy and the speed is unbelievable - FAST! Plus was able to save some $. Wish I had done it sooner.

Been 1 year since we hooked up with NYSYS AirAccess for our internet service... By far the best decision we've made in the Mumford area. Our neighbors agree! Cut the cords and high fees and support small local businesses.

NYSYS came to us several years ago with an offer we were glad we accepted. We had Frontier as an only option for many years and have been happy with the service provided by NYSYS.If there is a problem day or night, I can text to let them know. We generally get a quick response and resolution to the issue.They have been more than accommodating in getting us internet where we need it on the farm.We are happy we made the change.

Customer service include Sale dept and tech support and manger all come same person Wyatt. Give me nasty service laugh at me and what you need? I made request two week ago and heard nothing from them. Wyatt laugh at me and said your location not available and bye. I ask for manger hung up on me. I call tech support and ask for manger. Voice sound SAME person. Give me fake manger as same person. What kind service they are?

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, professionalism, & lack of respect that NYSYS Air Access has demonstrated the last 4 weeks we have attempted to set up services. Upon their arrival to our farm in mid June to look over the premises to see if services could be installed, we had just refinished our hardwood floors in our farmhouse and we were on day 4 of the 7 day cure process. At the time, we were only able to walk on the floors in socks only as per the company who refinished our floors. The gentleman wanted to go in the house to see if he could sight one of their towers with binoculars. Instead of asking him to remove his shoes as I didn’t want to cause too much of an inconvenience, I simply asked him to please check his boots to make sure there weren’t any stones or rocks in his boots that could dent or scratch the recently resurfaced hardwood floors. His response was “Oh, the floors are dry...it’ll be fine” and walked right in without checking his boots after I had just politely asked as we had just paid four thousand dollars to have the floors refinished. Although I found that extremely rude, I let it go.
After not being able to clearly sight another Sattelite, the gentlemen discussed installing equipment on top of our grain elevator at our farm and they would trade services and we wouldn’t have to pay an installation fee or for the internet services each month as they would be able to use our Sattelite to provide internet to other homes in the area. Sounds great...he asked about our timeline and how soon we were looking for internet services to be installed and after informing him that I am currently in an online doctoral program and start classes again in 3 weeks, he stated not a problem, he would email me the contract in the next few days and would install services within 2 weeks. Okay, Great.
2 weeks goes by and I had not received the contract by email or any communication. So I called them back just after 4th of July, 2020. I am told I am speaking to the same gentleman that came to the house. He stated they had been busy and he hadn’t had a chance to email the contract and he would email it in a day or two. Another week goes by, my classes have started, services were supposed to have been installed by now and I still have not received the contract by email. I called a third time. Finally I’m told that services will go in on Monday and I would receive a copy of the contract by Monday. On Monday, (7/20/20) I still did not receive a copy of the contact, I get a phone call from the same gentleman stating that they have decided not to exchange services. They are still going to put up a satellite on our grain elevator today but now we need to pay $149 to install and $50 a month for services and they will let us know when they use the satellite for other homes and will trade for services at that point..I am happy to pay for internet, but to string us along for four weeks with a plan that had already been discussed & without any communication and then to change the plan the day services are supposed to be installed, is absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Not to mention we have no way of knowing when our satellite would potentially be used in the future to service other homes. As I politely and professionally explained that we were a little disappointed in the lack of communication, he told me that “the plan had changed because I was in a big rush to get it installed.” I kindly reminded him that services were scheduled to be installed 2 weeks ago. He responded that we weren’t his only customers. I explained that I understood that & felt we had been quite patient and communication would have been appreciated. I was then told “this obviously isn’t going to work out” and was then hung up on. I am appalled & truly disappointed in the lack of professionalism, communication, & consideration for your customers. If you cannot provide the services & timeline you promise, then at least have the decency to communicate so you are not wastin

Fantastic customer service. They go above and beyond other internet service providers. I wish I found them sooner so I didn't waste my time with Time Warner/Spectrum.
