My next door neighbor and I saw the work that was done across the street by northeastern sealcoat. I called when I found out who did my neighbors driveway. I spoke to a female who told me that someone will contact us or come over the next day. My friend and I both wanted two quotes. One quote for ceiling and one for a complete driveway. I called 5 days later and asked on the answering machine where are the quotes. No reply. I them called 4 more times over the following three weeks. No response. Not professional.Sz

******* ***** gave me a quote of $165 when I called giving me the senior discount. That was down $200 normal rate. I was delighted and confirmed a few times that it was $165.\nWhen they came they said the price was $197.28. The guys said the same thing happened on their last location. hmmm. When the guys called their boss he said it was a computer system error and he would do it for $175. I said no and to honor the price that was quoted to me. Called the same woman on the phone who gave me the quote and she acted clueless. I had asked for an email or text to confirm the day I first called and see none was sent by the office person. And the office person did not tell the truth. I was being upcharged.\nI know at least one other TODAY had the same experience as me. I will never use ******* *****/ Northeastern Paving and Sealcoat again.\nThe estimate was from Northeastern Paving. The same number as ******* *****

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.Originally quoted $5,600 for complete rip and replace of my asphalt driveway Summer '22. The crew ripped the entire length of the driveway (when clay was evident immediately) before I was told that there was insufficient stone underneath and it would be another $3,000 for an additional crusher run of stone, which is outrageous. I had to argue with the salesman to avoid the additional 3k, where I had to agree to less stone and no warranty for only an extra $1,000. At that point I was told there could be aesthetic differences and I'd have to live with it.As far as quality, I think the pictures speak for themselves. One picture shows how they left a stone paver from the walkway to the front door and just put asphalt around the paver instead of moving it away from the edge. I had to call the foreman over to fix the driveway that wasn't even finished yet. The stone base was exposed when I moved the paver. Now, there is an eye sore where the paver located is due to the patch job they had to make on a driveway 5 minutes old. Just inexcusable. In the rear of the house the couldn't get a single straight line/edge. They also cracked the BRAND NEW, 2 month old concrete sidewalk slab right in front on their way out as a thank you. This was after they had said they had to wait 2 months for the concrete to cure.Overall not the worst looking driveway, but extremely unprofessional and rude sales person and work crew. I called and emailed these images to the company and I have yet to receive a response 5 months later. Just some common sense and maybe a little bit more effort in getting a straight line instead of Dr. Seuss lines they might have some quality work.I would not recommend anybody hire this paving company for anything. Returned our call promptly with a quote that was very competitive. Showed up the day scheduled and did a fine job. No nonsense just a professional business.

I saw my sister driveway and myself and another sister and a friend had ours sealed the next month,they were so back up and we our so please Our Driveways looks like the city did it There that GOOD!!!

I am very happy with the service I have received. We had to reschedule our driveway sealing due to weather - they called us to reschedule, got us into the mix quickly; they showed up on time and had the driveway done in no time. The workers were extremely polite to top off the experience., I highly recommend them.

I have used Northeastern three times now and will keep coming back. Even when a surprise storm came through 30 minutes after sealing (in typical Rochester fashion), Northeastern was out the next day to assess AND clean off the splattered seal on my garage/house. I was immediately scheduled for a re-seal which was completed on-time. It's rare these days to find a company that actually stands by their work no matter what. Can't say enough good things about Northeastern and can't recommend them enough - great quality, professional, nice staff, and affordable.

Overall not pleased with the experience. First, do not expect to ever reach a human when you call, you have to leave a message. Second, on scheduled day the crew (a sub-contractor) never arrived until 7:30pm and did not bothered to call to say they were running late. They were literally there 20 minutes and the driveway looks OK. If that was the only issues I would be writing a much better review. But here is the big problem. When I checked my credit card a few days later I had been charged 40% more than I was quoted. This is no small amount either because they charge twice the going rate of other companies but I though it could be worth it based on other reviews. Come to find out that it was for crack filling which I never authorized. In fact I had done my own crack filling previously and one of the guys commented on it to my wife. I paid it but I will not use them again.

I called them in beginning of September to seal my driveway...I got what I considered a good price...Got a call about 2 weeks later saying they would be in my area of Interest soon and would contact me in a few days to let me know the day they would do the work....Called them after waitng a week and never heard from them again...No way to do business !!....Update:...Got a call from Sean to explain what happened..Seems they got overloaded with business and fighting the rainy weather....He was very apologetic for not getting back bk to me and I understand that circumstances come up.Sean is a gentleman and I WILL use them in the future...

Really fabulous job sealing our driveway. Great experience, superb quality of workmanship and materials. We had a lot of big cracks--we really need to repave!--and they didn't spare a drop in tarring up and sealing the cracks and then laying a nice rich layer of sealant. Clean edges, really superior work. I'd recommend them in a second.

They just sealed my driveway in Greece, they did a good job and it looks great! $75+tax is a fair price considering I can’t buy the material that cheap. Will use again.
