After stopping at AutoZone, add Advance Auto, on West Ridge road, not being able to remedy my situation for a brake line fitting, I went to Napa Auto parts, on Lyell avenue in Rochester.
Just to say they went out of their way to help is an understatement!!!!! Because this is a Ford only fitting, they literally called competitors, as well as searched their entire database, and online, for solutions, to no avail.
After we worked with the fitting, and realized we could use it on a new line. I was literally there taking up their time for over an hour, and they didn't try to push me out the door, saying sorry we can't help, guess you're going to have to get it from a dealership.
Special thanks to Brandon, Chris, and Marco for all their help, they definitely deserve kudos!!!! If I could give them a review of 10 Stars I would, but unfortunately Google only allows five.

Short chunky little white guy…. Very nonchalant. He hates his job. You can tell. .He wasn’t happy about taking back an item I didn’t need. Part was kind of heavy didn’t even ask if I needed help or anything just slammed it down when he brought back the right item …I paid. Then I asked,Are you going to help me carry this out this is heavy. He looks at me and looked the other way. It wasn’t even busy in the store. I was the only one in the store. For a woman to carry yes it was heavy. My side started hurting when I got it into the car because it was heavy definitely for me. But an act of kindness never hurt anyone and doesn’t cost a thing! I know when I go there to pick up something else again I would rather deal with one of the other gentleman’s. I don’t have to deal with the bad attitude and poor customer service. He’s just someone I don’t want to deal with in the future. If there’s no one else to service me I’ll just go somewhere else. Simple as that!!

I will be using this Napa from now on. The guys that work there were super helpful. I needed rear brakes, they got me the parts I need, didn’t try to upsell me into stuff I didn’t need. They even helped me get a discount I didn’t know they were having a bucket sale. It was super fast and easy going there, cheapest prices around (I know, I called a whole bunch of parts stores.) if you can’t go to a larger warehouse type parts store and you’re looking for simple parts and easy shopping, go here.

Mark has picked a great looking staf, so sad thay no nothing about selling auto parts. Haven't been there since 2018, bought a new Jeep. It's off warranty and I needed parts, what happened to all the good parts know how? No help from Mark, don't hide in the back. Call your customers.

Applied online, spoke to mgr about being an experienced driver,and he said he would call me back when I drop by cuz he had a conference call.Needless to say never called back and it's been well over a week so he must really not be in need of commercial drivers oh well. If the manager of the store sees this I've also found a new position and thank you much
