If I could give this a zero rating I would . My husband took my car to Monro muffler in Hornell, NY He was told the car needed a complete muffler repair and that we needed to pay in full upfront. When the parts arrived and an appointment was scheduled they didn’t have the right parts. The staff adjusted the amount and said the refund would come from Rochester. Three months later and several calls and still no response . I wouldn’t recommend Monroe muffler their company practices reflect poorly on the staff that do the work.

THIS COMPANY IS A RIPPING OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND RUDE WORKERS. NO PROFESSIONALISM. YOU MAKE A COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE AND THEY DO NOTHING AS WELL. WHAT MAKES THE MATTER WORST THE MANAGER STATED I'M THE END ALL. BE ALL. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Took my car to Monro for routine maintenance and a mysterious squeak. After a new set of brakes the squeak was worse. Took it to the dealership and was told and shown how the brakes had been been ruined ( not installed properly) in less than 3000 miles. Back to Monro and was told it wasn't their fault. They lost my business of over 15 years.

I had a bad experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers #296 in the past, but the new management is great now. I enjoyed excellent service during a walk-in oil visit.

I took my SUV for an oil and filter change, tire rotation, and passenger side headlight replacement.I was contacted that the SUV was done, went to pick my vehicle up and drove it home and noticed as I'm pulling in the garage the passenger headlight was still out. I went back and told them the job wasn't done, sure enough the Tech working my SUV forgot even though they said it was done.I asked the Manager how about a discount on my bill since I had to come back. He said I will give you a free oil change on your next visit and he provided a paper showing a free oil change.On my next visit I was told that person does not work here anymore, so if you want the free oil change you would have to go to the South Euclid store. I wasn't going to drive to South Euclid for an oil change, so I asked how about if I use this coupon, can't do that it doesn't apply to your vehicle, it applied to my car, so they did give me a discount on the oil change though.

This place is trash. The Bridgeville PA location broke my emergency brake while putting inspection stickers on my car. Now I have a newly inspected cars with broken brakes. (Shouldn't be possible, right??)I even brought it back and they took that opportunity to not test my emergency brake and say it was fixed, even though it was not and is now worse than ever. The second half of this scam is that the 800 number puts you into an endless hold cycle where no on ever actually takes the call, and they will ignore your email requests for help. Luckily this time I have fresh inspection stickers as proof of these unethical practices.

These people are the WORST. They try to get you to buy other services with lies. Tried to get me for a brake job when I know my brake linings are fine. DON'T TRUST MONRO OR TIRE CHOICE. If you call them you get the same recording "we are experiencing higher than normal call volume". It's all nonsense. Anywhere else is better than these people.

I had an appointment at the location in Fairport for a NYSI and after 20 minutes I was told that they had nobody to inspect my car. I left my car over night and they said it would be done first thing in the am and i could pick it up before 10. I arrived at 10 and the car was still not inspected. Horrible service and rude to customers. No repect of peoples time. I would give a zero if i could.

Unable to get anyone to call back after several calls to corporate. I was told I had to pay to rotate my tires after I purchased Road hazard on them. I was told it was free when I purchased them. Very unprofessional! The next call will be to consumer affairs!

Was buying a set of tires at a store in Delaware and found out these people aren't getting a WELL DESERVED CHRISTMAS #BONUS!!!!!!!!!!! I Wonder how Some of You sleep at night!! #Gutless #Heartless You should rethink not giving CHRISTMAS BONUSES!!!!!!!!!!! Remember CHRISTMAS Vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cousin Eddie!!!!!!!! WHO IS RUNNING THIS COMPANY? AND WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE EMPLOYEES IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT? ITS A CUSTOMER NEGLECT DEPARTMENT. I SPOKE AND EMAILED ELIZABETH DODSON ON 11/1/23 REGARDING MY ISSUE. SHE AND HER SUPERVISOR THERESA GRIFFITH (spelling) WERE ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. MY ISSUE WAS AT TIRE WAREHOUSE IN CLINTON, MASSACHUSETTS WHERE I RECENTLY FOUND OUT BY THEIR NEW MANAGER THAT THE STORE HAD BEEN RUNNING A COMPLETE SCAM BEFORE HE GOT THERE. IN FEBRUARY I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER COMPLETED. FAST FORWARD 9 MONTHS, MY REAR TIRES HAVE BEEN CHEWED THROUGH DUE TO THIS!! THE OLD MANAGER IS GONE, THE NEW MANAGER DIRECTED ME TO CORPORATE, AND CORPORATE SAID THEY COULDNT HELP! THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO RESPOND TO REVIEWS IN THE MOST FACETIOUS SARCASTIC WAY! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband took my car for new tires muffler and inspection .Car came back with no catalytic converter. But passed inspection??!! Husband went right back and asked for it back and they said they did not have it. Reported to police , what do you know they call two days later and say come pick up your converter, we now have it.Absolutely awful , stay away !!! Can’t imagine how many unsuspecting people are driving around without their catalytic converters!
