I'm very pleased with the work I had done on my car. I had an oil change and had my car inspection done while I waited in the customer waiting area. It was very clean, comfortable seating, television, wifi and bathroom available for use. I played games on my cellphone while I was waiting. The time went buy fast when he let me know my car was ready to go.

Wish I could give zero stars. Made an online appointment for an inspection and oil change. Was told drop off anytime 730-1030 first come first serve. Arrived at 8am to drop off, told clerk I had an appointment, clerk told me even with an appointment they couldn’t get to my car until 1030 because they had one other employee working. He then proceeded to tell me there were many other locations and to not use the online system, because they don’t base their scheduling on it. (Why have it then?) but while waiting in line, I overheard the two guys bitching to each other about working today and how much they had to do. Meanwhile a guy walks in with no appt (assuming) drops off and thanks the guy at the counter for squeezing him in. (Favoritism much?) Not the first time this has happened at this location. Won’t be giving them any more chances.

Great service. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Tony was extremely nice and very helpful. My appointment time was kept and my car was in and out in an hour. These guys know how to treat customers. I will definitely be going back.

Had an after work flat tire and Kevin's guys got me in and out. Matched the tires and excellent service. Recommend this location for sure!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The Chili Ave location is very busy but the staff made sure to get me on the schedule for a NYS inspection. The cost to replace the broken passenger mirror was half the cost of what the dealer wanted to charge me.

My car was towed in due to inability to start. They were able to diagnose for free and found out that the fuel pump needed replacement. It only took a day or two get the component replaced However, on the day I picked the car up, I found out the driver side door was no longer flushed with the car nor able to close without force. Kevin (the manager) gladly took the responsibility to file a claim through the traveler's insurance. Kevin assisted on pushing the claim and the appraiser identified that car was backed up into a pole or some sort. Kevin has great integrity.

Great place for oil change, car inspection, rotate tires and coolant flush. Staff were helpful and pricing was reasonable

Online booking does not work. Staff at the location had to turn multiple people away because their bookings did not go through. If this is a known issue, why has it not been addressed?

Always a good experience visiting the Chili Center Monro Muffler, Kevin and his team are professional and do quality work at a fair price, I’ll return again without hesitation.
