First time in 30 years I've gone to a monroe muffler.bought some tires online had them install them in out 1 .5hour. the manager is very personable.and very fare,when I saw him talking to customers.

Stopped into the shop looking for a part that no other part store had locally. I talked to the manager, Robert Baker, who said he didn’t have anything new for me, but to give him a minute.
He came back a few minutes later with the exact part I needed that he had saved from an old job they had done. He saved me from having to search all over Rochester, and didn’t even want any money for it!
Talk about customer service at a time where it is lacking just about everywhere else you go.

They were able to get us in on short notice. When I went to get car the job was incomplete- the blower motor was fixed but the air conditioning was still not working. I was not very nice about the repair not being complete. We left the car there and told them we wanted a call from the manager the next morning. The manager did call first thing, apologized for the misunderstanding and resolved the issue. I am very happy with the way that the manager resolved the issue. I would go back in the future. It was an inconvenience and a misunderstanding but they handled it professionally.

However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find it closed with no staff present. Frustrated and unsure of what to do next, I decided to try my luck with an online appointment at the Elmridge Center Dr. location. John and the Automotive Technicians at Monro Muffler in Greece NY at Elmridge Center have gone out of there way on several occasions to work on my car efficiently, immediately and have done exemplary work. I have bounced around from garage to garage over the decades and no business has been more professional, helpful and capable. They have saved my life and saved me time, hassle and have been very helpful with payment options and saving me money when the opportunity presented itself.
I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for work to be done on a car.
