Great location, but the guy working there smells like marijuana and has no idea what he is doing or talking about. Very unproffesional ,and tends to close 20 to 30 minutes earlier then the store hours indicate.I wish you had the previous female that was working at this location. She knew her stuff when it came to devices and equipment and programs.Update: the new woman that works here will try to scam you. I have purchased enough memory cards for my phone to know that they do not cost 45 dollars

Dan was very helpful having a bad day at work and my keyboard disappeared off of my phone somehow he was able to fix it in a minute or two and get me back to work. I have six lines with Metro and recommend them to anyone who wants a good deal in the Rochester area.

At this location everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have great customer service. I have to give a special thanks to Syeed, Amit, and Franfie. I will never go to any other location but this one for my phone needs . Thanks again for all of your help!!!

After the call center told me to find a store because they could not swap my device, which made no sense...I drove here to keep from going to Child Street. Got there before closing hours hanging on the door, door was locked, person comes out the back and says, im closing, go down the street.

Wow, I went today to pay my bill and there took my cash of $200,00 and there never POSTED MY PAYMENT, I reported this to the corporate office, MetroPCS by T-Mobile is violating Federal and State Laws under the COVID-19, laws that was pass. THIS STORY TOOK $200.00 CASH AND NEVER MADE PAYMENT POSTING, OUR SYSTEM AND PRINTER HAVING PROBLEMS.

worst customer service ever, i went there to change my phone sim card with my own new phone . they asked me $32 for the MEI update and i paid it. when i asked the receipt, they said they gonna sent it with the massage. but the bills is only $16, where is the rest of the money that you guys cute fromm my card. the stuff spent their time using phone call and facetime even there is a customer.
