I bought 2 upgrades 1 for myself n 1 for my dad. The young man was so kind and took his time 2 answer my questions and put my info from my old cell 2 my new cell he did the same for my dad as well. I feel bad i lost the young mans name but he works at Metro PCS Chili Ave. If your looking for a upgrade or new cells and you live by that location id go there.? stars

Great business, We had an inconvenience at the store and the manager joe reached out to us and made it right. I recommend reaching out to the manager because he is not someone who does bad business. He will make it right. Thank you so much joe you are extraordinarily professional and caring.
