Muza fixed my phone with no exaggeration in 2 minutes for a problem no other place can fix. I stopped quick figuring not a chance and BAM this guy did it. Irondequoit plaza I you need someone who knows what he's doing ???

Purchased a phone here the other day, and when I got it home I began to receive text messages prompting me to "register the products" I never ordered; (Google 1, some sort of Security suite, and a storage product, and also stated my next bill would be increased by $10.) I never ordered these items. The representative apparently added them while in possession of my phone to "remove my old SIM card and add it to new phone" Kept trying to up sell me products which I kept refusing. I noticed her putting a screen protector on phone and then she told me she was " throwing in a case both for free. Also asked me to help myself to free promotional mug and tumbler on display. I called c.s, who promptly removed the unwanted items. I returned to the store the next morning to ask for a receipt, ( which she never gave me) and ask why she put the unwanted purchases on my account. She at first denied it, then said it was "policy for my protection in case I dropped my phone blah blah".Said they weren't allowed to sell the phone without the items. I told her if I wanted them I'd have purchased them somewhere cheaper, besides, I already had Google 1 free when I purchased my old phone. I again asked for my receipt and was told "we don't give receipts and would have to request one from corporate" I insisted on seeing my receipt to see, itemized,what I was paying for. She kept insisting she couldn't give me one. I asked to see her computer screen where she was supposedly looking at my account, but she refused. I then told her I would like a refund and would return the phone. She then made a phone call to her manager and I could hear him coaching her on denying my requests. This made me furious and the representative and I were both getting frustrated and I admit I lost my temper and raised my voice. The manager told her to tell me to come to where he was (at the Hudson Avenue store) and he would help me. The manager then offered me a refund on the items she put on my bill but said "upgraded phone were not refundable" I told him I didn't know what was to be refunded without my receipt.. I kept vehemently asking for a receipt and wouldn't leave until I got it. He finally gave me a receipt and it showed she had charged me over $60 for the "free" phone case. I gave him back the phone case and asked him to call the other store so I could apologize for going off on the rep and making her cry. We both apologized to each other for the verbal altercation. I still didn't excuse what shed done to me though. The manager began to apologize for her deeds and tell me that the reps don't make much, her store doesn't do much business,and the brick and mortar stores in bad neighborhoods can't match online prices and she gets paid poorly but makes commissions on what she sells. He insisted that he NEVER told her to pad the sales, but that's not what she said. I told him I get it, but it was considered theft in my opinion. Left the store with a $60 cash refund, but after re examining the receipt at home, I saw I had been charged a "service payment"of $35.14. I have no idea what that means. I have been a long time customer of Metro PCS and was pleased with my past experiences until this happened. They had always given me both a written itemized receipt and a cash register receipt. What they did I believe was illegal and was done to insure that the customers don't know what they are being charged for. Also because I genuinely did need a new phone,I will continue with the phone service, but when the time comes to replace this one, I will go to another company. I have no clue if this is a company wide practice, but I advise people to steer clear of the location at 525 Titus Ave in Irondequoit, and the managers Metro PCS location in front of the Hudson Ave Walmart if you don't want to be scammed.

The app is telling me that my pin is wrong. I call customer service twice and went to different store and here on Titus ave they help me Erica ended my frustration and i was good to go thanks Erica your awesome

I could give this place a minus 1 if i could. This place is the worst metro pcs store out there by far. I was attended by a black fat girl. I purchased 2 phones and not once did she ever tell me after paying how much my monthly bill was gonna be but she also created an account with security questions that i can't access. This store is a joke. Metro pcs is a joke.

Customer service is excellent! They worked with me on getting a great deal for starting my service and for being a small dealer, they have upbeat attitudes and are lively.
