They failed to tell me that my car failed inspection because of window tint, even though it is a 2011 model and has always passed inspection, but they did charge the $21.00. When I picked up the car I assumed it passed inspection but saw there was no new sticker later and called the dealership. All I got from the sales rep was "smart" answers but no explanation of why I wasn't informed. Also, they charged $60.00 more than the estimate with no explanation. I live 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership. When I asked what the actual light level was, they couldn't tell me. "Maybe he might remember". Also the cashier seemed to be annoyed that I was bothering her while she was eating a snack. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership.

Hello, I have been apart of the Mercedes Benz family for some time. Dating back since 2019 in fact. Since joining, I absolutely adore the camaraderie that comes with this experience. Merahya, has assisted me for every one of my scheduled maintenances and she is such a pleasure. Easy to communicate with, breaks down great payment options, even accommodating beverages. Update alerts are available, even asking how each and every customer is feeling. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!

The staff and show room were extremely helpful as soon as I walked in. I drove from Buffalo, NY in the rain and they took the time to treat me right. James is an excellent salesperson and i enjoyed working with him. He’s smart, quick, funny and fair. I was able to purchase the car I really liked and he made the process as easy as possible. His staff is 1st rate.

I had my car in for annual maintenance and NYS inspection. I chose to wait and it was done exactly when promised. Max was wonderful! He patiently listened to a couple of concerns I had and addressed them! Very happy customer! I love my Mercedes!
