She made sure to ask questions about my needs before making suggestions. Despite my impromptu pop in I felt her full attention and care.While quaint in size, there were plenty of varieties in garment styles, fits, and colors. I had a fun time putting together my outfit and an experience that could have been stressful was instead pleasant and easy.Pricing was fair for the market. I expected to pay a markup from a big box store but surprisingly I think I saved a decent amount and got better service and comparable quality of goods. I recommend everyone go here for their suits.”
“Rented a tuxedo for a wedding and it was a seamless process. I liked the selection that they offered, and was able to choose a very sleek and contemporary look. I came in for my measurements and the tux was prepped on the day promised. Despite the measurements, the length of the pants were off when I remeasured and the staff was able to quickly correct with my right pants' length. Would recommend!”

“My son needed a tux or suit for the prom that’s just under a week away.I really wanted a place in Rochester that wasn’t a chain store.I looked online and Jack Green had the best reviews. So we went and amazed — to walk into a shop and have someone guess sizes of customers on the spot and be right even after taking a measurement shows the level of experience and knowledge. And when there was a chance there were no black tux or suits in my sons sizes. We were told one could be ordered and at the store by Tuesday. That’s customer service. Still not convinced reading this review, we weren't the only customers in the store and still were being taken care of at the same level as everyone else shopping.I’m beyond impressed and appreciative!And pricing is just right.Next time anyone I know needs a suit this is my place! And the only place I will shop and refer to friends/family.”
“This store is the best! They have everything from shoes and clothes to snapbacks. They carry brands like Kangol, PSD, Kulture, and more. They have hoodies, white shirts, black shirts, shirts with designs, tank tops, and clothing for women, men, kids (hoodies, pants, shoes, shirts, and jackets). There are also men's jackets, sweet pants, and sweet suits, and that's just naming a few! The store is super clean, and the staff is so respectful and nice. They also have the best deals. “Went in to buy dress pants for a wedding. Things we had purchased online supposedly in the correct size weren't even close. The 3D body scanner made it SO EASY and our sales person was incredible. Will go back again and again!”

“I love this unique, fun store located on the east side of the food court at Greece Ridge Mall. It's even better now that they are in their new space. I've been shopping this store for at least 10 yrs. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Sometimes an order I place has an item in store and another being shipped to the store. I'll call and ask them to hold the in store item until the shipped one is in store and they always do that. I also love their rewards program! I also love that you get $5 for both your bday and your rewards program anniversary. The company on a whole is also great. I had ordered a Stitch puzzle, that for one reason or another couldn't be shipped to store,and it was delivered to the wrong place. I found out because of the delivery pic. that looked like it was an apartment building. I contacted the company and without hesitation shipped me another one. I really appreciated that especially since the original one never made it to me and it was a gift.”

She's also snagged a few clothing items including a really cool romper she loves. Neat spot and a good place for a guy to go and find something for a significant other or a quick date stop on a weekend.”

“My experience at Valentin's was the best I've had at a tailor in my life. I'm not well-versed in upscale clothing and needed a suit on short notice. He was very accommodating and helped pull it together in a professional and timely fashion. I cannot recommend them enough.”
“I’ve worked with Crazy Dog T-Shirts many times and have always had a great experience! Whether it’s bachelorette party shirts, concert shirts, family reunion shirts, and the latest: total solar eclipse shirts, I am always satisfied. Though they weren’t able to accommodate my *procrastination* in creating a custom eclipse shirt (no fault of their own!), they did have a great shirt already made on their website and delivered 26 of them to my house 12 hours after ordering! I’m blown away! I will continue to use this company for all of my custom t-shirt needs!”

“Against All odds I went into against All odds and they had some very pricey clothing, but a lot of them were deeply discounted, so I walked out with some great finds. The customer service is always superb there is a young black gentleman in there that is always on top of his game and you can tell he loves his job and that just makes me want to shop with them, I've shot with them about four times now, he takes such pride, he's som meticulous and that's what I'm most impressed with, last time I saw him I had to tell him that I admire his work ethic.”
