“I am not sure I can fully put into words how much I love my ThermApparel cooling vest. Life changing might be the only way I can truly describe what this product and company have meant to me. I got my first vest years ago, I think 2018, and then a year or two later I got a second vest with their extend cool packs.
I have multiple sclerosis and the heat, especially if humid, almost renders me completely useless. I tried several cooling devices but nothing seemed to help. Then I met Kurtis and Julia and they introduced me to their newer (at that time) product. I gave it a try and it was absolutely blown away. It fits snugly around my body and cools my core down in a way that allows me to remain active like no other product I have tried. I have used it to help me with gardening, kayaking, rock climbing and even just sitting outside or going for a walk with my husband on really hot humid evenings. Having 2 sets of their cooling packs has been key for me because I can keep one set in the freezer or a cooler (if away from home) and swap them out every few hours as needed.
Just now, in 2026, I needed to replace my cooling packs and used their recycling program to get 2 brand new sets at a huge discount. It is incredible that they offer this recycling program! I definitely would go with their extend cool packs if you aren’t sure. They’re worth it.

“100% recommend, Above and beyond service ‼️ my 6 yr old needed an air cast for her wrist, after having her hard cast removed. Her Ortho referred us to fonte but they didn't have any, called around and were told we would have to go back to her Ortho for another referral, of course they said they couldn't get her back in today. Called at least a dozen other places and they either couldn't or wouldn't help without the referral. We went to upstate and they were closed, but as we were leaving a young lady was coming to the door and asked what we needed. After explaining the situation, she said that the doctor was out of town and she was still training and didn't know how to fit them yet. Then this lovely person invited us in and called the doctor, I didn't catch his name but this gentleman said he would gladly walk her through the process to get her taken care of. She did a wonderful job and I am so grateful for them both. I commend them on their wonderful service because people just don't do this anymore . Your service and character speak volumes, and you have gained a lifetime customer.P.S. Dear Doctor, she's a keeper, give her a raise! And pat yourself on the back. You are appreciated sir!”
“We did a bid process a few years ago and picked Special Care to upgrade our call system. They came in and did a great upgrade to our system. We at first, sat down with them an formulated a plan on how they would work with our Staff and Residents. Then they started and everything went as planned. After two hospital visits and an urgent care visit at a WellNow they directed me here for a nebulizer. My insurance covered it in full (BCBS) Everyone was knowledgeable, very kind, and helpful. “I had neck surgery done January 17th very extensive and a lot of pain no way to get out of the house. my neck brace was malfunctioning I had no way to get to them to replace it they sent someone to my house within an hour or 2 and had it replaced for free.. I would recommend this place to anybody they are absolutely helpful”
“The technician was very pleasant. I know nothing about your field but I think a $200 charge for coming to diagnose the problem plus labor plus parts is steep. Hopefully I will not need any more service on this chair lift since I now know I must leave it in a position at the top or bottom of the stairs so it can continuously charge. I didn't think to ask for the batteries that were removed. Perhaps they are rechargeable and I could have used them in the future”
