“I always come here for my bloodwork. Never painful. The one time I went somewhere else they hit a nerve. This place is always one poke for me. The women here know what they’re doing. They are always friendly and soon as I walk in I go straight back. There’s never a wait!”
“The most friendly and welcoming staff! I was in and out in maybe 15-20 min. The wait time was shorter than I expected and I went to a UR lab and was told at least an hour. Megan was my nurse. She was so nice and calming. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Came to this lab out of necessity as my normal lab was overflowing with "customers." I quickly read a couple of reviews and decided to try here (S. Clinton). I am overjoyed with the phlebotomy, Ardy (sp?) who took my samples with minimal fuss, expert technique and a great personality. I will make it my goal to come to this lab for my bloodwork from now on.”
“Both of my children have been going to Rochester General Pediatrics since they were born. They're now 16 & 9. They've always been thorough at every visit and always polite & professional.They've also got very fast and efficient and I've never waited in the waiting area more than 10 minutes for the kids visits.”
“I'm beyond grateful of the services I received. The owner was very helpful, she definitely saved me from being scammed by other people who claimed to do paternity testing for grandparents. Her price was the CHEAPEST and I only waited 4 business days and my results were back. I am just so thankful that I was able to receive the help that I had received and I will truly recommend for people to bring more business to her. To top it off she is very real and she don't sugar coat anything ... definitely go to Alpha Checkpoint for your services you will not be disappointed”
“Today was my first time at the RGH lab on Chili Ave. The whole process was seamless and very efficient from signing in and receptionist was very courteous and efficient. The whole process took less than five minutes.

“I was in and out in under 5 minutes! The phlebotomist Meghan was AMAZING! I seriously did not even feel the needle. She was efficient, calm, and so good at what she does. I hope I always get her when I need blood drawn!”
“Don't be misled by the hours on the google maps page. Wednesdays and Saturdays are open by appointment. I was given less than 3 days by my new employer for a pre-employment drug screen. I called and left a voicemail and they got back to me within the hour to schedule a Saturday appointment. Despite the bad weather, they were there on time and the process was relatively painless. Definitely one of the quickest drug screening processes I've gone through.”
“Finding the place was painful; don't trust Google Maps. It's actually at 10 Hagen drive on the first floor next to the elevator, with no signage in the building to indicate any ACM Labs location. However, once I found it, check in was easy and the blood draw was quick and painless.”
“Need to change your time , website said 6:00 now it 7:00. I think opening at7:00am has cause overcrowding and harder on the employees working there. The employees are friendly and trying to accommodate everyone in a timely fashion.”
“Always shocked to read bad reviews for this lab. When it comes to what matters, the blood draw, I have always had the best experience. Every single other lab I've gone to has had to poke me multiple times in multiple places. I am terrified everytime because of all the bad experiences I've had with draws. They are confident and good at what they do, it never takes more than one stick, and I highly recommend them!”
“I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Linh-An C. Tuong at the Hagen Drive office a few months ago. I had only a two minute wait time before I was shown in and given the allergy tests. Dr. Tuong then spent a good amount of time with me, explaining things and asking questions. Since she switched up my protocol to a new inhaler and nose spray, I have been feeling great. Dr. Tuong and the amazing staff that I encountered on that first visit made my visit very very pleasant and I left with a smile on my face. I have trouble walking long distances, and the front desk staff very kindly offered to find me a wheel chair and took me all the way to my car.”
“I’m blown away by what Dr. Ingle has done. Honestly, I feel like he saved my life. He fixed my vocal cords. I had surgery back in May, and it went beautifully. I went to my last appointment today, and I was so amazed by how well they’ve healed. I’m just so happy and so relieved. I’ve had a voice problem for so long, and I never thought it could ever get better. I strongly recommend him!”
“We had a great experience here. My wife and I brought in our newborn for a blood draw. There was a little confusion about getting her in the system but it was sorted quickly and professionally. Our nurse during the blood draw was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the whole process easier for us as new parents. I definitely recommend going here if needed.”
“I had a very polite, patient, and friendly worker who was the secretary and the blood work person. She was very nice and easy to converse with as she took the blood samples. Just remember to take your cell phone, for the new, quick way to scan your information.”
“My wife had a phlebotomist ( can’t remember her name … Latino woman) come to the house for a blood draw. I was out on a quick trip to pick u a prescription. My wife has dementia and refused the blood draw even though I told her it was being done. The phlebotomist took the initiative to call me when my wife refused. “I just came from their office and the blood tech named Kody Cox is very good...he is very concerned when he takes your blood, he asked me if I was ok while he took my blood and even after he was done he asked me if I was ok. I appreciate him... I have never had anyone that has drawn my blood ask me if I was ok and that just amazed me. He needs to get a reward for being so kind and concerned we need more people like him in this world. Kody Cox great job today!!!”

“I was a little nervous about this location due to the reviews, but needed to have a 3 hour glucose test done on my day off from work. From the receptionist to the lab techs, everyone was very pleasant. Multiple people came in from 8-10am and they were all seen extraordinarily fast compared to other labs I have used. Everyone was in and out within 10 minutes while I was here. And they were precise with always drawing my blood at the hour markers which I have heard some other lab locations are not good at.The only downside was the glucose drink was warm, but it is God awful either way, so it didn't make any difference to me lol. I will definitely be coming here again for any future lab work I need.”

“I go there for my blood tests and the people in that office are really nice and friendly period they take care of you as soon as they can which is never very long. As far as the facility goes in the winter time they keep the parking lot and walkways cleared and I have no fear of falling on snow or ice. I would recommend this to anyone in the area.”
