5/24/24 6:15pm I waited in line for over 30 minuets and still didn’t get waited on. The line was wrapped around and you only had 2 registers opened. One employee was up there never opened another register and walked away. Another one was attempting to restock shelves and the third employee was just standing around by the register with a bullet proof vest on. Thats just what I saw up front, not sure if there were more but another register should’ve been opened, especially with how long the line was. The amount of sales you lost is more than I make in a week. I was going to spend a lot of money but decided to take my business elsewhere due to waiting in line for over 30 minutes and only 3 people got through the line. At this rate, I would’ve had to sleep there. Unfortunately the way that store is run, you lost my business along with the other people that left.

3/22/24: The Henrietta store is nice. Clean. It has a good but too small of a variety & supply of ?? Korean skin care products. I bought several. The store had some nice finds. April, 2024: I appreciate finding great bargains here.

This place ALWAYS looks like a bomb went off in the store. Random clothes on the floor. Content in displays always toppled/missing. And always a long line no matter when I go.

Decent store, but it is always very disorganized. They have the general areas sorted out, but within those area very little is organized. Sizes of clothing are generally all miss matched and the housewares area is a generally a big pile of stuff. It makes it quite hard to find anything specific.
