I got a perm from Jade P and she did an amazing job. I would totally recommend anyone to go to Mark & M.E if you want a perm! Nice, clean, and comfortable shop! Everyone is really nice and welcoming, thanks again for the perm it looks amazing!

Been getting my services with Mark and M.E. for 16 years!! Not only has service always been exceptional for all these years but this salon always continues to impress me year after year. The staff, the atmosphere, the care in service is always top notch. I don’t live in Rochester anymore but I drive all the way from Buffalo these days to get the number one Brazilian in New York State! And yes I said it New York State! I lived downstate for a while and no other facility could match the amazing 10-min Brazilian. No uncomfortable positions, no awkward questions and always the best products for not only your sensitive areas but so much more. Mark and M.E. is a place you come to feel good about yourself and I always leave feeling beautiful and sexy! Thank you Mark and M.E. for all the years of incredible service- don’t miss your chance becoming a part of this family!! Don’t walk, run!

The second you walk in the door the staff here make you feel like family. Mark did an amazing job cutting my hair, and then I opted to have it blown out too. It was well worth it, and the prices can’t be beat!

My girlfriend and I went to get waxed here, and it was an amazing experience!
It was my first time ever getting a wax and her first time at this location. The service here is absolutely impeccable. I was in and out in ten minutes if even. Mary Elizabeth(I hope I spelled it right) did my waxing and she is one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met and she made me feel truly comfortable through the whole thing. I have a hard time with anything like this and this experience completely changed how I feel and any nerves I previously had immediately disappeared.Taylor helped with my girlfriend, and her service was very quick as well. Through both appointments they held good conversations and let us feel open to speak.
I come from out of town but anytime I visit I would happily come again, and to anyone considering getting waxed or going to Mark & M.E I highly recommend stopping by or making an appointment.
