I delivered here. Semi truckers….Pretty tough spot. Don’t round the building on the Hertz side go on the other side because the ramp is facing Hertz. Tight tight squeeze due to the yellow poles. I was able to do it because I ducked into the little grass area and my truck ate the trees it was the ONLY WAY… to do it with no damage. If not you won’t succeed and you’ll hit the building and the yellow poles. Nowhere to turn around back there too congested. Was the most stressful moment of my years trucking. Take your time. If you’re a rookie “Bless you” stay calm and go SLOWWWWW…. Keep getting out to look as you inch by… pay no attention to outside noise they don’t pay YOU… and you’ll NEVER see them again!

We have purchased flooring from the Greece location twice over the past year and very happy with the product, but especially with the friendliness of the employees, their knowledge and their attention to detail. Excellent customer service every time we deal with them.

LL Flooring is fantastic. Beautiful products, free samples to make a decision, and great price. Replaced wall to wall carpet with vinyl plank flooring in about 1200 sq ft of my home. It is just beautiful!

I used LL Flooring to install LVP throughout my entire home. At the store I mostly worked with Adam, he was very knowledgeable and professional. I also worked with Tom, and he was very helpful. The installer was great as well.
When I first started the process of buying flooring, I was clueless about which type of floor to buy, what floor accessories I needed, and how to get it installed. LL Flooring made it an easy process from start to finish. I give them my highest recommendation.

Horrible customer service. Tried to get a credit for a $200 charge for a 2-day job that only took one day. After 2 months of getting the run-around and being directed to 6 different people, I said forget it. In addition, they are rude. Will never go there again, and will certainly never recommend them to anyone. In fact, quite the opposite.

Just purchased LVP for our home through LL Flooring. It was a great experience working with Scott at the Henrietta location, he was helpful, understanding, and attentive! Us, including several family members have used LL Flooring and will continue to recommend them to others.
