I used to love this store. The last few times I’ve gone, I have had horrible experiences. The paint department mixed a 5 gallon bucket a completely different color than I asked for. When I tried to get help, nobody could do anything. Customer service is useless and the management is impossible to talk to. I’m not even sure there are managers. I certainly couldn’t find any, nor did any answer pages.

We purchased a vanity a few days ago, once we opened the box we found it was completely broken apart. I took it back to the store but needed help to get it down from my truck. A very nice young man, Luis helped me get it down, helped me grab a new one, opened it to make sure it was in tact and then loaded it back onto my truck. He went above and beyond to help me. Pamela at the service desk was very sweet and helpful as well as a gentleman named Tanner. Tanner seemed to be done with work for the evening but helped Luis with putting the plastic straps back on the box to hold it together. Honestly, I didn't expect to be helped as much as I was and I'm extremely grateful to Luis, Pamela & Tanner! They're great employees!

I’m waiting since 22 min, to get a locked in cage item, no body care, no body willing to help or know how to open it, don’t buy locked items, you going to waste half of your day!

Was told by the cashier the only place to buy the mulch on sale is at the single outside cash register that had about 15 people in line. They are choosing to have 4 self checkouts in the store with nobody competent working them. What happened to customer service? Absolute joke what I've come to expect from them.
