The highest quality service without the slimy energy. These guys are awesome! I had rear and front end damage from two separate incidents; one of them was being covered through insurance the other was out of pocket. This is my first time working with this shop and it was seamless. I prefer to work with local mom and pop type places and this was a very down to earth experience. They’ve been around for a very long time. The quality of the work was excellent and they treated me with the upmost respect. I never felt talked down to, and it seemed they were grateful for the opportunity to do the work… This makes them so much better than any other shop that I’ve ever worked with. If you read my other reviews you can tell I’m a bit of a perfectionist; so for me to go out of my way to give a review like this is a big deal. I’ll definitely be sending business their way.

We took our car into Lou Shorter to repair some body damage. Since we were on a budget we wanted to limit the work to what was necessary to make the car driveable and safe, Louis Shorter more than fulfilled our requirements. His original estimate was spot-on, he walked us around the car showing us exactly what he would need to do, and checking with us on optional work. He told us that he suspected there might be additional damage that was not visible until the bumpers were removed, and told us almost to the penny what the price would be if that was the case. He saved all damaged parrts. The final price was more than reasonable, and included washing the car. We ended up paying about $100 less than we had originslly expected, based upon other estimates. I highly recommend this business.

Got my Camaro back from Lou and it looks just as good as it came off the show room floor!!!! Had him repaint the front end due to fading and the clear coat coming apart. Definitely going to have him paint the rest of it and maybe some of my other classic cars too!!! Please note that he definitely isn't the cheapest place around and although the building is old and looks outdated, the work that was done is highly commendable. Definitely the place to go to get your paint work done.
