While this customer may have a great catalog, as someone that orders from them on a frequent basis, their website is extremely slow and not user-friendly. It's frustrating when trying to place a large order and takes a significant amount of time to do so. Ordering four books takes approximately 20 minutes. When calling their customer service to correct an order, the same message has been playing for two years, "due to higher call volume than usual, send us an email to... or leave a voicemail and we will return your call.". If you actually get a live human being, they then tell you that you have to submit a request in writing. It's pointless to call because no matter what, you still have to submit your request in writing. Again - not user-friendly.
