It was my pleasure to buy a new 2024 Defender 110 from this place. Especially, I'm happy that I met John M. who guided me through the process.
John is the best sales person I have ever met! Zero pressure during the process (I was there three times). Maybe, this is why I purchased from this place. Some other LR dealers, I contacted, sent many follow ups, even though I said there nothing on your website that I like...that was annoying. Also, John's trust to me was extraordinary (never had anything like that)! When arrived to pick it up the vehicle, it was already registered and ready to go! Just a few signatures that took 10 mins and done...! OH YES, and the free gift I received was really heartwarming!
I hope this review will be read by John's boss and John will receive a pay raise!!! (ok... at least a nice bonus)
Also, I hope that in a few years I will be able to leave the same feedback for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT :)

Great experience staff is super helpful and friendly. They take the time to explain any issues and what needs to be done and they pride themselves on getting it right the first time. All staff is super friendly and remembered my name after 1 visit.

After an 18 month wait for my new Defender to be made, it unfortunately arrived with issues that both LR Buffalo (Northtown) and LR Albany (McGovern) could not properly fix and gave up on attempting to repair my new Defender the right way. Land Rover Customer Care put me in contact with service manager Ian @ Piehler JLR Rochester and within three days they have identified a few issues that neither preceeding dealer even thought of. While we still have a long way to go, I'm leaving this review because of how promptly and professionally Ian and the service department at Piehler have handled my not-so-fortunate situation so far, & I will definitely be bringing my other JLR vehicles here for service in the future.

These guys are always quick to get my vehicle in and quick to get it back to me. Very professional and will make recommendations of what all needs to be fixed, what needs to be fixed now, and what can wait until I have more money saved up. I really trust these guys to not screw me over. My only complain is I am never offered a courtesy vehicle because I live 2 hours away.... They are the closest dealership to me, I should not be penalized because I don't live closer. For the amount of money these vehicles cost, I should never have to worry about going without a vehicle. The last time I have to take my vehicle in for repairs, it was there for 6 days while they awaited parts.. Not a big deal, except for I had to go without a vehicle for those 6 days. I bring this up everytime I go to the dealership and they tell me they will bring up my concerns. I hope it gets changed soon. I already tolerate driving 2 hours each way every time I need repairs or service because I love these vehicles so much, that being said, I shouldn't have to go without a vehicle during these time periods too.

Recently had an issue with the battery on our Velar. Called Ian- unbelievable- he advised us what charger to purchase, how to use it
and how the system should be after. He was great, responsive and very helpful.

I would like to thank Ian and Lee for their expertise on solving the problem, on my range rover sport. I was ready to trade it in for something else. After hearing this was my dream truck and I was giving up on it, they ask me to trust them to find the problem and it not cost me a fortune to fix. I am so thankful for these two young men, they came through and I am in love with my range again. Thank you Lee and Ian ❤️?

We are long time Land Rover owners. We had an outstanding experience. Jim, the service manager, took excellent care of us. His communication was great, he was friendly and was a great listener. He got me in the shop quickly and the diagnosis was quick and accurate. They installed a new steering rack in my sport and it performs perfectly now. He came in under budget and the technician team did a great job. My car came back sparkling clean and I am a very happy customer. Thank you!!
