Love love this home decor store. Such beautiful decor and at great prices. The customer service is amazing also… it’s always a pleasure seeing Gary, what a great personality and he always makes your day and brings a smile to my face! Taryn is another employee that goes above and beyond to deliver great customer service even opened me up a store credit card and saved me money on a large purchase! I hope the company keeps this store around here a long while! I’m absolutely addicted to the candles and literally make a weekly candle run for my dozen candles every single week!!! Also have to mention the sales… when they have them they make it worth the trip. My entire house is decorated with Kirkland’s merchandise!!

Great customer service IN STORE which is a rather far drive (2 hours each way). Got home with my $75 pre lit garland to find out it doesn't work and they won't do anything but an in store refund.

Low quality furniture....everything wobbles and the doors and drawers don't open/shut well. Similar to hobby lobby's quality.

I had some time yo kill and I went into this place It reminds me of Pier 1, it's cute but I don't need to be hit up three times in five minutes while I'm looking at something. I was nice but if I need assistance I'll ask. I'll be frank it turned me off I got a lot of good ideas for the Christmas season but it's not a place I'd return to and it's the first time I've been.Shared parking

Placed an order online on 4/24 for a wreath. They were having a really good sale and free shipping, so I thought I’d snag a nice wreath for my front door for spring/summer. A few days later I get a notification that my item shipped. I checked the tracking over the next few days and if continued to say “the delivery date will be updated once FedEx receives the package. After about a week and a half I got ahold of customer service who told me that there was nothing they could do about it once the item ships.. which it never did. I gave it another week and messaged customer service again and they told me to wait another week, and if I still haven’t received the item, to contact them. Now it has been three weeks, I messaged them again and they told me the item is out of stock.. yet the item is still listed for sale on the website??? Yeah.. they said they will process me a refund.. but I was really excited for the wreath.. I feel like they just won’t ship me another one because when I bought it there was a really good sale, and now there’s not.. I’m really disappointed. Was really excited, thinking I found a new place to shop for home decor.
