The owner and the ladies that work at Kid to Kid in Rochester are amazing to do business with. They are very helpful and friendly! They are always working tirelessly to make sure needs are met in a timely fashion, even throughout the very busy season.

My wife and I went in with our 2 granddaughters, 1 is almost 5 and the other is 1yr & 1/2.
Both Andria and Jennette were extremely friendly and helpful with helping me find the right size shoes for both of them. We ended up getting both of them 2 pairs each at a great value.
My wife found a bunch of outfits for the girls. This is a great place to buy clothes for the kids because they outgrown them so fast .

The owner was quite rude today and I will not be back. She is very bossy and giving orders to her customers who bring nice merchandise for her to mark up 10 times the price she gives u. Not once did I hear a thank you. Because I saw how rude she was to employees also I wouldn't want to be a part of this business. Maybe take some classes on how to be nice to customers who take the time to bring you nice items to resell.

I absolutely love this place, its so convenient, right near our home, and if your looking for anything for your baby clothing wise they have it, nothing is too expensive and u may get lucky and find a cheap crib, bassinet or stroller in there, they also thrift so u are able to take your babies old clothes and shoes from there and recieve cash or store credit

I love coming here since my daughter was born. We all know how fast our little ones grow and need new clothes every season. I always find the right size for each year and season. The store is well-organized, and their employees are very kind.

Took my daughter-in-law there today to go shopping for my granddaughter that will be here in approx 2 weeks I spent approximately $170 there today and when I tell you the amount of stuff I walked out with will make your head spin. Most everything I got was $1 and the staff pointed me to the right direction. The clothes are in great shape best believe as long as I have grandchildren they will forever have my business. You Got to go check them out...sweetest ppl ever. I know it doesn't look like much but this bassinet is full of baby clothes

Every person who works here is rude!!!! They don't even take back the items that were bought here originally and never worn that still had Kid to Kid price tags on them. What??? Toys/clothes I brought in were in better shape and cleaner than most of the toys/clothes they're trying to sell. If you don't want the "littles" playing with the toys and other items while we have to remain in the store while you go thru our bins then don't make people remain in the store while this is being done. There was a time when you did not have to remain in the store for this. Think about it
