Worst experience ever, thought I was having a nightmare. Made arrangements for withdrawal and it was not prepared at time I was told. Nasty Lady(Manager?) that refused to give me her card or name decided to Interrogate Me and her Tellers over a 'Cashier's' check which was deposited & cleared 3 days earlier. I was humiliated in front of waiting customers behind me along with cars waiting in drive through as this Lady decided she was going to put me and her Telkers through the ringer. There's a place in Hell reserved for her. Key Bank should be Proud of her Actions. Rich

Very unprofessional. If you want to be treated rudely this is the place to go. The tellers are super nice, but the platform positions are all rude and extremely unprofessional. The Jamaican one is the absolute worst. Key bank, find someone else to work there, she should be cashing me out at aldis.

I don''t know about these negative comment. Everyone is not a perfect human being, if they were, we would be living in a fairytale. I've never had any problems with any transactions. From large withdrawals, deposits, or any other business I've done with this branch. The staff is amazing. Learn to leave your issues at the door, treat people as you want to be treated. Kindness goes a long way.

Step my foot in the KeyBank in Gates for the last time ever today. After being a customer for 25 years I just can’t take them any longer. They’re fraud alert team is about the worst in the business. And then the way I got treated in the local branch is even worse yet. Maxine from the local Gates branch is about freaken worthless and and has no desire to retain my business and would rather walk out the door. so today was the day I walked out the door and will not come back again. I would say McDonald’s would be a good fit for her but that would be putting down other McDonald employees. this will be my first of many posts standby for more

My parent bank here since I was kid. Now I bank here for over 20 something years. The staff alway treats my folks with the utmost respect. Taking the time to explain things they don't understand and providing great financial advise for their future. Ms. Downey door is always open when I have question.

The Gate’s office was rude, unhelpful, and falsely tried to tell my elderly mother that she couldn’t take all her money out of her account. Would give zero stars if possible. Will take our money elsewhere.

Half the time I can't get service there. They mess up my deposits and I've scheduled 3 appointments to meet with advisors and they are never there.

I called at 9am to let the bank know I was making a large withdrawal. The person who answered the phone stated they needed 30 minutes prior to me coming. I called at 11am to inform them I would be there at 11:30am. She informed me that is lunch time an they could not accommodate my request. I asked to speak with the branch manager who informed me that lunch was not the reason, it was that I needed an appointment for security reasons. They needed 2 people to access the money and I had to wait for an available appointment. The branch manager was condescending and implied that I did not understand their security procedures. When, in fact, I did understand. What I wasn't clear on was why I was told misinformation from 2 previous employees and now I was being inconvenienced. I just wanted my money in a timely fashion.

My parents did their banking here for years, until my father passed in July and my mother in May. When my father passed, they were very helpful with helping my distraught, elderly mother, and assisting her with their accounts. Unfortunately, my mother passed unexpectedly in May, and I went to them after having a difficult time with the Brockport branch. They went above and beyond to help us out, and straighten out the incompetence of the other branch. They were also very compassionate and sympathetic to what we were going through, having lost our parents so recently. Because of my bad experience at the other branch, I just couldn't open an account with any KeyBank, but I would highly recommend this branch, because of their friendliness and competence.
