Ken was super thorough and helpful when reviewing what was needed for my moving appointment. He set clear expectations and was extremely responsive. The two guys that showed up to help me move were right on time and got the job done quickly. They were very professional. Fantastic experience with these guys. They are extremely efficient while also taking great care of our things. They loaded the truck up so fast and smooth, treated our property with respect and care. Detail oriented while unpacking to make sure everything was in the correct place. The guys also had such a great attitude, and were really pleasant to be around! All of our stuff made it safely, and nothing was damaged. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Ken’s Near Moving were the best. I had to move and was going down the list of mega big moving corporations and since I do a lot of driving arround town I see KNM all over the place. Had them goto storage then to my new place and they were very accommodating. They gave me an honest assessment and got me the turnkey move asked of them!

I warn you people please do not have this people move your stuff. They broke some of my stuff and charged me arms and legs just to put the rest of my stuff in the home. Be careful people, make sure you guys get everything in writing, because the owner is incompetent. I wish I can give them zero.

The ONLY movers in Rochester you should ever use! Their unrivaled 4 man crew is phenomenal! Fast and extremely efficient with your bill in mind. Most of these negative reviews had to have been from people not following proper corona protocols which includes having everything CLEAN and clear of obstructions on floor or they are not simply not ready. Don't be fooled by these unprepared/unclean people trying to devalue an outstanding moving crew because they were denied service due to reasons the owner clearly goes over with you on the phone before the guys arrive.
