I have not gotten their service, but I got to see how unprofessional they are, Ive seen their trucks around, driving recklessly, yelling at people, just overall not the behavior you want from a company, especially with a DOT number on the side of their truck

I can not say enough great things about Glen and his son. I was one of the many people that Glen went out on Christmas Eve to rescue in the middle of the Blizzard of 2022. I was traveling from Boston on my way to Canada and was forced off the hiway. I ended up getting stuck in a snowdrift. I called around for hours trying to find someone to help me out with no avail. I finally talked to Glen who drove over an hour to rescue me when no one else would. These guys saved my holiday!!! There is a special place for guys like Glen and his son. I was in a horrific accident and my vehicle was towed and stored by this company. The customer service I received was amazing. They were so patient and understanding through the entire process. Didn’t appreciate being laughed at while on the phone with one of the employees. Bad enough that my husband had a traumatic accident and then is given issues when coming to get things from the car. Learn to speak to people professionally. You don’t know what people are going through.
