I came here to browse and found a sweat shirt and pants. Purchased it and found that the sweat shirt was too big. I came back to exchange it for a smaller size but because I could not fond my receipt I was turned away by the manager. I asked if there is a card look up to see if I purchased the item. With her back turned she said "No!" I guess I will never return here anymore. Now, I have a sweat shirt that's wayyy too big and it's just there. I'm losing weight it does not look any better. Lesson learned

I’m trying to reach out to somebody now I ordered shoes from jimmy jaz and they came from snipes they are so fake the inside of the sneakers was out when they came and they wasn’t laced up I will never order from them again I’m on my way to ups to ship them back for a refund foh I would never order from them again

Came here between 11am-1215pm June 19, 2021 to find a late Father’s Day gift. Walk in and there’s no acknowledgement or greeting (I’m the only one in the store with 4 employees at the counter doing nothing). I said hi to everyone and mean responses and mean mugged by everybody. Didn’t purchase anything because store didn’t have correct size, which is fine. But I did not feel welcomed at all in this store. First and last time ever coming to this place. Tell your employees to at least fake a smile when interacting with customers. The worst!!!

Beginning of March I purchased a pair of sneakers from there. It was my 1st time ever shopping at Jimmy jazz. I ended up taking the shoes back to then find out I was not getting my money back I could only get store credit. Upset at 1st...then got the credit. Covid happened which shut everything down. I was unable to use the credit until recently. I returned to a Jimmy jazz location to use my credit to find out I lost my credit. Again, no clear communication about returns or time limits for use of store credit. I contacted corporate someone called me back but I have yet to get a response about my lost funds. This establishment sucks and customer service is obviously not priority but taking your money is. I will never shop at this establishment ever again nor will I ever recommend anyone to shop there. They didn't even deserve the 1 star rating

Walked in the store and the gentleman was behind the the register slouch talking to a female on the opposite side of the register. I needed a size so I looked at the gentleman and he wasn’t giving me any eye contact so I kept looking at other shoes. I looked at his direction again he was getting his head rubbed and touching with the female. I put the shoes down and walked out the store. They both looked at me and he did not say anything. As a customer I felt uncomfortable, disappointed and not welcomed. As I walked in that store he had his head down on the counter talking to a female the whole time I was in the store shopping and waiting for assistant. That was one of my worst experiences Ive had when it comes to customer services. The gentleman didn’t give any acknowledgment I was inside the store, he was too busy getting touch and his head rubbed.

Nice inventory however prices are awfully expensive compared to some other stores. I was there recently and there was a few customers in the store with not much going on and I was asking about some sizes and availability of some items but none of the three employees were responding they would just look at each other as if they were confused. One employee was on the phone but a personal call not pertaining to work I could tell by the things she was saying and the attitude she had. The service (when I finally got it) was awful it took almost 20 minutes to ultimately get one item in the size I was looking for. The guy who was checking for the size I was asking about was acting like it was the end of the world to have to check sizes for a few items cause the first couple items I asked about didnt have the sizes I needed.. like it's his job one and two there was two other employees doing nothing so I could have been helped by anyone. I would have probably bought something else or so but I wanted to get out of there after I finally got done getting through with the first item.

I will give them at least 2 stars because they do have NICE clothing and footwear here.But unless you want to drop your whole paycheck or some recent lottery winnings here it is EXPENSIVE in this store. Don't let anyone tell you different.
