JBRD was the only local shop that would let our business supply our own shirts for screen printing and were knowledgeable about longevity of the print given they could not guarantee it. Super communicative! They also did an emrbroidered sweatshirt for us that is beautiful. The turn around time exceeded their estimate. They will have a repeat customer out of us!

I've made a few purchases from JBRD in the past and have always been pleased with the quality of their items and the timeliness of their delivery. I recently ordered one of their Rochester cityscape masks so that I could stop using a makeshift one when having to leave the house, and because I live more than 100 miles from my home city now and I'm terribly homesick with the pandemic keeping me from my family. The delivery was exceptionally fast and the mask is perfect. It's form fitting, comfortable, and durable. Supporting a local small business is just icing on the cake. Thank you guys at JBRD!

just ordered a t-shirt on Thursday and it was at my house on Saturday. They are fast... like crazy fast. like jimmy john's is slow compared to JBRD.
