I’ve waited 6 months since purchase to post review so I could give honest appraisal of the mattress. First, this is a rare company which totally lives up to their radio ads. Jason was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to explain the differences of each mattress and answer our questions. He then left us alone to take our time to look around and try out each one. Absolutely no sales pressure! We liked all of them but loved their top-end foam mattress. We had a Lull foam mattress which didn’t hold up well over time, however Jamestown mattress are built entirely differently, with multiple layers (which can be changed for comfort) and much, much thicker. We liked the mattress so much that we bought 2! The best part: 2 of their top-of-the-line mattresses cost the same as one mattress at the big stores (where we shopped prior to going to Jamestown Mattress)! After 6 months the mattresses are the same as new and were greatly pleased with the comfort. Highly recommend. Shop around and then check them out.

Purchased a king mattress and box spring set. The showroom had a great selection in style, price and different levels of firmness. We were very happy with the attention we got as well as explanations of how they are manufactured. We got delivery as promised in a week, the two young men were respectful and had the old bed out and new bed set up in under 30 minutes. All around a satisfactory transaction.

You may have great mattresses but 1st impressions are everything. The area around your store makes it look like an abandoned building. Fix the parking lot, plant a few flowers. Make it look inviting.

I find the large mattress stores and furniture stores overwhelming when looking for a new mattress. Jamestown was exactly what I wanted. Jason stayed in my budget and showed me all my options with no pressure. Delivery was great too. Matt let us know in advance what time they would be here. Thanks!

We purchased a queen double-sided mattress from Jamestown Mattress. The buying process was great---no pressure, no up selling, just the facts. Price was right. Delivery was on the promised date, and in the first hour of the 3 hour window they gave us. Delivery guys were nice and got the mattress/box spring up the stairs of a 60 year old house with no problem. We will definitely recommend Jamestown Mattress to our friends.

This is our 2nd double pillow top bed, and we love the new bed as much as the 1st. We are still using the 1st bed, but now in our spare bedroom. The delivery date and time was spot on. Thank you Jason, he was very helpful.

Ordered a King two sided mattress two years ago. Love it. Much better quality than Metro Mattress who has the worse warranty of all after their products fall apart.

Great store. I came in with a budget, and Jason did not try to up sell me. Delivery was fast and on time, very professional movers came in and got the mattress up a narrow hallway in no time. Mattress quality is excellent, I got a pillow top model and it was worth the extra money compared to a non pillow top. I would certainly go back again for another mattress.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a mattress and box spring from Jamestown MattresS. I have bought mattresses at various stores throughout the years and did never felt that my questions/concern were addressed. I was usually disappointed with the comfort and quality for what I considered a significant price. That was not an issue with Jamestown Mattress. Jason, the manager, addressed and answered all my issues and concerns. He provided me with information regarding materials and construction and encouraged me to try out various mattresses while making my choice. I never felt pressured in anyway throughout the whole process. The price was amazing taking into consideration they make your mattress to order. I had free delivery when promised (1 week from purchase). Set up and removal was also free. Best experience ever! The new mattress did not disappoint and I can say that it was more than I hoped for! I look forward to years of comfort and will recommend them to anyone looking for quality and an exceptional price.

It might seem hard to praise a mattress company. We infrequently purchase a new mattress and the big mattress companies that advertise on TV are just the pits. You cannot sleep on advertising, but you certainly pay for it. I have no idea if Jamestown Mattress advertises. I have seen their store On West Henrietta Blvd. for years. I mean, I have driven by it. I finally had to buy a mattress and I decided they would be my first stop. They were my last stop as well. They manufacture and sell top quality mattresses to satisfy anyone's needs and budget. They are significantly less expensive than the TV advertised brands and stores. They have several stores in Western New York. They make your mattress to order and have free delivery and removal of your old mattress set. It is a first-rate place.

My wife and I looked everywhere for a mattress. I saw other manufacturers cut-away samples so you could get a look inside at how they are made. These Jamestown mattresses are the same as beds costing 3 times as much, so don't be fooled. Top Notch Workmanship.The bed arrived and the box springs were too short height-wise to fit properly in our frame. I called the salesman Jason, he offered to have new box springs CUSTOM BUILT to fit at their factory at No Charge. 2 weeks passed and delivery guys came back and swapped them out. Now that's fantastic (Customer Service).The Salesman Jason is a knowledgeable, no nonsense, no pressure kind of guy and my wife and I felt super at ease shopping there.Let's face it, delivery guys from companies can be shady and we all wonder who will be coming in our homes. Well, let me tell you, these guys were wholesome, hard working, patient and courteous. You couldn't ask for anything more. They bring in the new and take out the old no charge and don't leave a trace.If your looking for a sweet mattress, look no further. A great experience from start to finish. If you appreciate Old Fashioned Quality and Service, it's alive and well at Jamestown Mattress!!!Steve from Rochester

Communication poor no back up plan by the company for delivery. Their truck broke down on Friday and I have no bed for the weekend . Poor management. I work for a delivery business we always have a backup

I am soooo glad that I was sent to Jamestown Mattress to buy my new mattress. Jason was very helpful on the phone and then in the store. Cody and Kyle delivered and set up my new bed, even putting on the zippered mattress cover. T will be replacing that with one from JTM at my 6-month turning. Thank you for superb service as I now look forward to many nights of great sleep.
