Even though my goal was to achieve a brighter blonde in my hair on the ends, that was met but I ask for baby light highlights to blend in with my hair, the highlights were so patchy my mom pointed it out and was NOT well blended at all on the top of my hair. Also the hair cut I got was very uneven... I immediately went to a different salon the next day, they fixed it and complained my hair was completely bleached terribly, the hair cut was uneven, there were random patches of bleach and was not well blended.

I go here now to get my lashes done. Kiara moved from an old location and I could not help but to follow her! She is absolutely amazing at what she does, ladies & gentlemen. If you’re not getting your lashes done by her, my question is honestly, why not?!?!Onto the salon - it’s absolutely gorgeous! I love the modern and feminine decor, and the atmosphere is wonderful! It’s in a pretty convenient location with lots of stuff (food & coffee) around. The road it is on is one of the busiest in Rochester and I had no problem scooting in and out (which is a HUGE benefit for me). I cannot wait to come back to James Ross!❤️
