My tax agent Rob is absolutely amazing. I have been getting my taxes filed with him for 16 years now and NEVER have I had an issue. They are amazing with answering any questions or addressing any concerns. Come down and see my friend Rob!

You have a better chance trying to do it on your own. The prices are very high. I paid almost $600. For simple paperwork that goes up every year when I have the same paperwork every year. Smh

Literally left wanting to cry.. Had a scheduled appointment with Rob who stating that as my introduction went well and having horror stories about prior tax experience that he would be best to assist. During the appointment Rob began to question many area that I believe should have been common knowledge as a tax professional. After asking if he was able to prepare my taxes Robert began to become slightly sarcastic and petty in actions. I stated that I have now become uncomfortable and should probably not file. He then returned all my documents in a messy pile and stated "ok, great" as if my presence was the initial problem.. SO DISAPPOINTED ??
