We recently had a very large Basswood tree removed that was alongside our deck. J.M. Tree Service was able to remove it with any damage to our deck or yard. I highly recommend J.M. Tree Service if you need to have any tree work done.

We had our tree trimmed and thinned in the front of our house and were very pleased with the outcome. The crew was careful with the landscaping and our newly paved driveway. We would use them again!

This is the fourth time we have had J.M. Tree at our house and the third time that they needed to bring a crane. We would not trust anyone else to remove a tree that has to “fly” over our house. Every time they have been professional and very efficient. I never find any stray branches or leaves around the property! And the crew is very friendly. Highly recommend them! Five stars!

I am extremely pleased with the job that J.M. Tree Service did to remove the overgrown shrubs in my yard. First, they responded quickly to my request for an estimate. Dan Bott addressed my concerns about utility lines that might interfere with the work. My job was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time, and the crew showed up at exactly the date and time promised. The crew completed the job speedily and neatly.

I recently had J.M. Tree Service cut down a giant dead tree in my yard as well as do some stump grinding. They were easy to talk to, kept an open line of communication, and did the job quickly and professionally.

The lady (who I’m assuming is some type of office manager) is horrible and beyond rude.
My elderly parents signed a contract with this company that was estimated $1000 higher than 3 other tree companies estimated. I called them to cancel the job since my parents did not understand what they signed and the lady on the phone had 0 sympathy for what happened and kept questioning me with her nasty attitude on, “Does this happen often” “Are you power of attorney”. Like it’s ANY of her business. Horrible horrible horrible!

i called i send deposit, they came {caesar] they did a outstanding job seem like just a couple hrs. everything was in perfect shape , no limbs , no debris . and at a very reasonable rate. i give a++ . definitely recommend if you have tree work to be done.
