Out of all of the Honda’s I’ve been to, IDE Honda in Penfield genuinely is the best and most efficient! Everyone is always so warm and welcoming and genuinely cares, especially Yousef Abusbeih and Jim Milella with whom I had the pleasure of working with for my last visit. The environment is upbeat, positive, and the staff genuinely strives (and succeeds!!) to make customers happy and cared for! The waiting area is also very nice and very clean, which is a great plus! They are very efficient but thorough, IDE Honda in Penfield will always be my first choice! Thank you again Yousef and Jim as well as all of your staff!

Worked with Chris B on what is probably my first actual repair to my 2019 CRV. Communication with Chris and service were both excellent and IDE also showed some flexibility on my warranty coverage. Service with IDE usually goes very smoothly and this was no exception.

Dick IDE Honda service is the best. I have used the service there for more than 20years without any hesitation. I usually ask for Jim Milella as my service writer because of his great knowledge and fair advice he gives to me.

Just bought a new CR-V EX-L and Melissa M. was my advisor. Melissa is AWESOME. Melissa made the buying experience an enjoyable process. Never said that before when buying a new car. I got the deal I was looking for, no hassles on negotiating price. Once again Melissa made my experience an enjoyable process. She even put a bow on my new CR-v as it was my birthday the day before. she made me feel SPECIAL!!!!

I recently took my 2019 Pilot in for a "headlight problem". I needed to replace the entire headlight, which was extremely expensive! My service rep, Chris, explained that my extended warranty was "over" by 3000 miles, and the service was going to cost nearly $2,000! Chris went to bat for me and took my problem to the Parts & Service Manager, noting that I purchased my car from Ide, and I have all of my routine maintenance done at Ide, on time. I am a loyal, long-time customer of Ide. Well Ide Honda really came through and decided to cover the lions share of this repair! I was relieved and thrilled!! My next car with come from Ide Honda, too!!!!

Jenn responded quickly to our email inquiry, and was immediately available when we arrived at the dealership. She had the vehicle we were interested in ready for us to see and test drive. She had our vehicle assessed while we were gone, and reviewed the findings with us when we returned.
We were able to address financial issues readily, and we picked up our new Pilot the next day. We were very satisfied with our interactions with Jenn, and with everyone at the dealership.

Yousef was very helpful in making sure I received the services I needed, while not receiving those I didn't need, which was not easy because this CRV is driven only about 5,000 miles per year, so it doesn't always line up with the standard service schedule. Yousef is polite, professional and competent. He is also clean-cut which is something I appreciate and is becoming a rare attribute in our times.
