I’ve never been good at doing taxes myself so this year I wanted to have a professional do them to ensure it was done correctly. Even though my taxes were fairly simple, Peter was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and was great to work with. He even reviewed my taxes from last year and fixed a mistake I made, saving me hundreds!!

The service fee is extremely higher than the average in the market. I am a student with only income from being teaching assistant in school last year and they charged me extra $100 for complex income. It took them around 20 minutes to file the tax for me, but they charged me around $300 totally for the service. I was in a rush to file the tax, otherwise I would choose other taxer. I won’t use H&R Block anymore.
