Just went there today for my first time. Spoke with Dan at 1 pm, showed up at 4:15 PM, out by 4:45 PM (probably even earlier!)
Two tires on in a snap! I'll be back AND tell anyone who needs their service!!

NEVR going to bk to this shop again!!! Been coming here for years this 2nd tym thy done this drove half hour to get there for the guy tell me come tomorrow even tho calld in the morning to make sure thy can do the work n was told get here at 4 or b4 should b fine but the guy working there at the tym said no cant do it come tomorrow... how u treat a loyal customer who drove miles to come to u?? Never again!!

I had just moved to Rochester and my tire indicator light indicated my tire(s) had lost pressure. I couldn't identify where the leak was coming from, but I had heard great things about Hooper's from locals and decided to bring in my car.
Within maybe 5-10 minutes, Hooper's had identified the nail in my tire and patched it up. The service was noticeably efficient and courteous---not to mention the suprisingly low cost of the repair.
I know for a fact that whenever my tires need to be replaced or repaired, Hooper's is the first place I'll call---I can't recommend them enough.

If i could give it 0, i would. Horrible, they do not take responsibility for errors they make. When you are finding someone’s car, you have to take into account that their life is in your hands.

They have new employees....the young man did not tighten my lug nuts..left my rim on somewhat loose... by day 5 the tire flew off my car ..on Clover St. in Pittsford. Down to the rotors. They "fixed it"..never replaced my rotor...never replaced the rim...said my car was unsafe...went to mechanic...nothing wrong with car .just needed new tires and suspension. That all!!!! They also said I had 3 lug nuts when I dropped off the car. Well Yeah!!! They flew off with the rim and tire!!!
Car is safe and drivable....passes inspection. Thank God me and my 7y/o are alive.
When the tire flew off it dented my passenger side door. Door does not open now...they refuse to take responsibility for the door..Door was working just fine before the tire flew off. I'm a single mom. Not a lot of money. This is wrong!

The service was really fast, and the tires that were put on my car have a good amount of tread left, but they are incredibly loud- took the car to a mechanic after and it turns out they put chopped (unevenly worn) tires on my car. Really disappointed to have been given tires that caused more of a problem than the tires that were replaced.
