The young lady who did my pedicure was probably inexperienced. She was laughing every time she poked me with the man who was doing my daughters pedicure. She poked my toe the the clippers, I was bleeding she didn't care or apologize.
The worst pedicure. I have been going there for about 3 years ,now I will look for a different nail salon.

I have been going to Honey for the past 6 years, and cannot recommend them enough!! If you’re looking for a new nail place, definitely give Honey a try!!!
Requested style: They are always spot on with my almond shape. Instead of acrylic, they use Gel Extensions - which last me 3-4 weeks!
Specialties: The massages are wonderful, especially after a long day at work.
Cleanliness: Always super clean with equipment, stations, and pedi bowls.
Stylist: I only get gel extensions so I can’t speak for the normal manicurists, but Mandy and Amy are the BEST!

Went for a pedicure recently. A few days later my big toe was sore. Since I am diabetic I went to Urgent Care. My toe was infected. So plus the $65 on the Pedicure, I Paid $40 for Urgent Care, $12 for a prescription and $40 for a followup with a poditeist who needed to cut the nail. Never going back.

In the area for a wedding and needed, desperately, a last minute pedicure. From calling for an appt with little notice, to the neck/back massage while my toes were drying, to helping me with my coat when I was leaving, every staff member were professional, polite and courteous. The star rating is not accurate! Loved my pedicure!

If I could give 0 stars I would honestly and I don’t ever leave reviews. Walked in for a regular pedicure with gel French ($25 extra) and he told me the price would be $58. When I checked out I got told my pedicure was $70. because the man showed me the callus pedicure which was at the top of the list even though it was not the cheapest, so I was under the impression that was the one I was told about even though I had already said I wanted the regular pedicure that I had price checked. I was already disgusted before I checked out because the place I usually go uses all disposable materials and this place used a dirty callus remover, an exfoliating mitt that is used on everyone, and rinsed off the already dirty callus remover in the water my feet were soaking in with all of the dead skin all over it. I was trying to be understanding and hope it got better and then this is how I left with my toes painted. The lines are uneven and I could have done a better job myself. This was honestly the worst pedicure and paint job I have ever had in Rochester.

They were nice but I haven't had a professional pedi in a few months so my heels had a lot of dead dry skin peeling which is why I went I usually use a foot scrub at home but it doesn't get all the dry peeling skin. I've never left with a pedicure from any salon like this. I didn't tip and I'll never visit again. I'm usually a great tipper. paid for the Deluxe!!

I was looking for a new nail spot.. I tried a few places in Greece before and I just did not like how they did my nails and toes..I came across this place.. I got there around 6:00 p.m. and I wanted a full set of nails and a pedicure and they close at 7:30 and they took me with no problems with no complaints and no attitude The amount of money that I paid to get my toes and my fingers done was pretty cheap from the services that they provide. Thank you so much Amy I will be back

I probably wouldn't go there again for mani/pedi's. The guy at the check in is grumpy. The nail staff was nice enough. The pedi was good but she used the grater on my heels a little too much. I was sore for a week after. And my mani, no nail soaking or bed lifting. She just cut the cubicle dry which left the nail area with dry skin peeling.

the half way bald guy is very rude and likes to clown people in their language, he is very rough when doing nails, they are good at doing your feet and that’s about it.

It's been a while, my educate and expectations are good. Until I open the door and greet as mannered to No response. There isnt loud music or conversation for that matter. With half the staff to station ratio. They fixed there mouth at 10:15AM to tell me " it'll be a long wait"! At least 3 times. A customer then conveys that I would like to wait...at this point Im over it. YuK!
