“Great Deals here and such Kindness!Charles, the young man who works there went above and beyond to carry my tall garden decoration our to my car but it broke on the way. He said that I could get a huge discount on it- which I did! It turned out a small globe broke and could be replaced. He cleaned up the glass in front of my car and was such a nice man to talk to. He deserves a raise!I bought a freshly made wreath- they were making them up in the store as I was shopping and for a fantastic price. I aldo bought produce and local honey at prices that you can’t beat anywhere else.I will be back at this wonderful local business.”

My visit to the Henrietta store was at first disappointing when I couldn't find the model and color I wanted to take home that day. But Pamela, the patient and dedicated salesperson who helped me, assured me I could have that exact chair delivered to my home, 75 miles distant, within days. Why La-Z-Boy? The recliner I purchased 15 years ago for hours of comfort every day still functions perfectly with virtually no signs of wear in the fabric. Just in need of a cleaning and a worthy companion. “First time ordering from At Home. Completed an online order for some deck chairs. Everything went smoothly with the order and pick up. When I got home I realized that there was an issue as one of the chair was missing two plastic scuff preventers. I reached out to Evette the General Manager and she was able to locate the missing pieces for me. She called me and made she to set the aside for me to come pick up. I appreciate the customer service and follow shown by Evette. We will certainly come back!”

“I delivered here. Semi truckers….Pretty tough spot. Don’t round the building on the Hertz side go on the other side because the ramp is facing Hertz. Tight tight squeeze due to the yellow poles. I was able to do it because I ducked into the little grass area and my truck ate the trees it was the ONLY WAY… to do it with no damage. If not you won’t succeed and you’ll hit the building and the yellow poles. Nowhere to turn around back there too congested. Was the most stressful moment of my years trucking. Take your time. If you’re a rookie “Bless you” stay calm and go SLOWWWWW…. Keep getting out to look as you inch by… pay no attention to outside noise they don’t pay YOU… and you’ll NEVER see them again!”
