Rude customer service and they also don’t participate in any plans to help their customers save money! If you want to be charged full price for medications here versus going to Walgreens or CVS( come to find out if I would have transferred my prescription to Walgreens I would’ve saved $45!!) then by all means keep letting these people ROB YOU! Oh yeah and that guy on the picture on the website( I’m assuming is the owner or supervisor) never EVER ASKED ME WHATS WRONG!! He asked his rude employee was SHE OK!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!

It's a pharmacy but it is an awesome pharmacy. Not in any ostentatious way but the work they do if kind and positive. Their locale being alongside Highland Family Medicine makes it the obvious partnership. You do not have to go far to get those meds when you are already feeling down in the dumps. Plus, the association of Strong Medicine and the U of R is the best practices one could hope for in medical care and well being. Highly appreciate the workers who take my call asking if a script is ready so I do not waste my time. Friendly, efficient, clean, safe, and many other positive attributes. A 5th star is always tough to give out because their is always room to grow. To me 4 stars says yes, this is a great pharmacy to use and you will be happy you did!Peace! ✌️

I ordered my medications Wednesday morning, cancelled all my plans waited all day and they never came. Waited all day Thursday they were a no-show. Called them Friday morning so I can pick them up they said my prescriptions were out on the road for delivery, so I canceled my plans for Friday. I waited all day Friday still didn't get anything called them an hour before they closed and they told me that my meds will be delivered on Monday. So now i have to go to whole weekend without taking my medicine and without my meds I can have a seizure or a severe asthma attack. But they don't care!! they have poor bedside manners!! They are Horrible!! This is the second time this has happened to me.

My meds were prescribed last Monday 6/17/23. I experience cluster headaches. The most painful pain ever (google it). Told them I'd pick my meds up 6/19/23 because i had an appointment that day, ride already set up. Get there, no meds. Ok cool, deliver them then. Here it is Friday, 6/23/23 and still no meds. Bad part is, they're not even addressing the situation just asking, "so are you going to pick them up Monday"? After an extensive convo with two pharmacists and telling them to deliver my meds i call them and they say, oh, it says you're picking them up. What a joke, this isn't the first time this has happened to me either dealing with them.

I’ve had excellent customer service here. My doctor is at this practice, so communication between pharmacy and doctor is great. I tried switching to another pharmacy that was closer to me, and had long wait lines, scripts never ready, and poor customer service. So I transferred back here. Love that they deliver! Only negative is limited hours, no weekend hours. Wish they were open for a few hours on Saturday, thus the 4 stars instead of 5.

Kind and helpful staff. Today I dropped my prescription in the parking lot and when I called to retrace my steps, a staff member walked out in the rain and found it for me — saving the day!! <3

This is my go-to pharmacy. I love not only that they have prompt and friendly in-person, but they also give me the option to have my prescriptions delivered. As someone with many medications and no car, this proves to be a huge asset for my husband and myself.
