It was the worst experience ever. I would not recommend anyone to this store. I purchased online and did a return in store and it took me 3 months to receive my refund. I have to constantly calling customer service just to get my money back. One supervisor told me that there is nothing she can do because she have no records of transactions that take place in the store. I will never shop at this store.

The web says it closes at 9pm but want to lock the doors at 8:10pm right infront of me. The employees there are so unprofessional.

Young man was very helpful in selecting appropriate gift for my son-in-law. I showed him pics of shoes he already has (which I know nothing about) and he said the two pair I was considering would be a step down from what he has, so he suggested better ones, at a higher cost, of course, but I'd rather spend more and get what he loves.

The Air Force ones I got ended up being fake and I didn’t realize it until I was out of town and put the shoes on for a concert smh I called corporate and also spoke to manager all they offered was to bring the shoes back as long as I had the receipt still smh I was so disappointed in them bc I always shop with them and this never happens before

My children and I felt so uncomfortable and honestly a bit racially profiled.....they just kept watching and following us like we were doing something wrong...although we were the only ones in the store they were very unwelcoming. Not even a simple hello when we came through the door! I work in retail i know whats required. The one girl with braids even stood by the door like we were going to run out!....NOT ONE PERSON OFFERED TO EVEN HELP US...just kept following! and when I did cash out the young lady with the braids had straight attitude like she didn't feel like being bothered...i will be returning my items and will be shopping elsewhere..... even home i'm still bothered by the lack of service and following not only mine but my children's every step I SEE WHY GATES CHILI ISN'T AS BUSY AS THE REST....just rude...I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have never been through anything like that before. And have NEVER stolen a single item a day in my life! I work hard for me and mine! I normally don't leave reviews but THIS situation is not nor did not sit well with me or my children at all! I shop here often and I'm EXTREMELY embarrassed offended and hurt

Ordered two pairs of batting gloves for my kids for Christmas. Order #0017313101997 if anyone reading this from the company cares. One pair was size Adult Small and other Adult Medium. Order was delivered and received the Adult Medium, but the other pair was Adult Large. Called customer service and their solution was for me to bring the incorrect item back to a UPS store and ship the item back. Once they get it back, only at that time would they ship the correct size. Nice how they take responsibility for their mistake by making the paying customer suffer. Ordered the correct size from another company instead of supporting a company who does not value customer service. While I totally understand mistakes happen, this was the 2nd issue I have had with this company in as many tries. Will no longer bring my business to them if this is the treatment a good customer gets. Have 5 children in sports so guess it is their loss.
