Jim, Alec, and company were so helpful, kind, and courteous. I came into the store looking for a crucifix pendant to give to my grieving Mother, and they were so very helpful. Jim overheard my conversation with them, and suggested to create a pendant from my Father's wedding band. We wanted this creation in a hurry, and I was so impressed by how Jim and his team were able to quickly accomplish such a special, beautiful, and unique pendant. This was so appreciated!! There was a concern that I had with a clasp of the chain, and Jim and his crew corrected the problem quickly. I highly recommend that you go to Heritage Jewelers. Thank you, Jim and team!
